I have been using these multivitamins for almost a year for my kids. They like the taste, a mixture of orange, cherries and strawberry. Ingredients and Nutrient Content: These are the essentials vitamins it contains:- Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Iodine, Zinc and very low sodium. This list checks in all daily essential vitamins. The gummies are vegetarian and Gluten free. I am not sure the sources are natural or synthetic. Daily Dose Age < 4, I gummie per day else 2. Texture and Taste: My kids like the taste of these gummies. These are sweet and tangy. The gummies contain cane sugar, Tapioca syrup, natural flavors, Black carrort Juice. The gummies are quite soft. I have noticed the gummies become harder if you keep bottle open for couple of days. Price and Value: Compared to cost of this multivitamin with others name brands on the market, it is a clear winner. The price is justified based on the quality and quantity of nutrients provided.
