This Amazon Basics Multi-Level Climbing Activity Tower is a fantastic purchase, delivering exactly what the product promises: several great places for my two little overlords to explore and relax. It packs a lot into one footprint, featuring a rugged sisal scratching ramp for nail maintenance, a super cozy hammock that immediately got claimed, a private cat condo hideaway, and a desirable top perch for supreme surveillance. It's truly an all-in-one entertainment center for cats and kittens. The instructions provided are easy to follow, and the box includes all the necessary parts and tools. Assembly took us about 30 to 40 minutes. However, if you want to avoid serious wrist fatigue and a lot of grumbling, please take my advice: Ditch the tiny hex key included and use a ratcheting screwdriver with an H5 bit instead. It will save your hands and speed up the process considerably! My favorite part of the experience was the "help" provided by my two cat babies. They only paused their "glare and comment" routine—a clear signal to hurry up, servant—long enough to perform critical quality assurance. Every time a new piece was available, they had to immediately "test" it by laying directly on it. This product has officially passed the most stringent feline inspection, and they've been enjoying the different levels ever since. Highly recommend! ... show more

Definitely worth the price. Very sturdy. Took about 30 minutes to put together with easy to follow instructions. All parts and tools were in the box. My Kitten seems to already enjoy it.

For the price this cat tree is amazing! This Amazon Basics Indoor Cat & Kittens Multi-Level Climbing Activity Tower with Scratching Posts is beautiful and it was really easy to assemble. I love that it has so many levels and places for the cats to play or relax. It even has a climber and scratch posts! This cat tree is sturdy, stable and well manufactured, and the materials are sturdy and good quality. The bed areas are very soft and plush, and it provides plenty of hiding space too! I love tha this tree is tall and it also blends nicely with my home decor. My cats definitely enjoy using it and they are all super happy! Five Purrs!!! ... show more

This cat tree "tower" has taken pride of place in our cat tree jungle since we received it and I assembled it. The cats helped to inspect the box while I assembled the many pieces a few weeks ago. Yesterday I spotted 4 out of the 6 cats on it at the same time, mostly sleeping or grooming themselves. With 6 cats, you can be sure they are not all best buddies, so this was quite the endorsement of the item, as it gave them enough space to spread out and share nicely. I was satisfied with the build, and while a couple of pieces were a bit fiddly to get in place, I was able to assemble it on my own. Once set up, it is sturdy enough to take some rough-and-tumble play (from the cats, not me). For $10 per cat, I consider this to be an excellent value. ... show more

Once the cat tower was assembled, it was fun for the cats. The problem was the parts for assembly. Several were mislabled, and the instructions wee some what confusing. It took extra time to put together.

This is an excellent large sized cat tree and a great deal for $60. The base and levels are thick MDF. It is very sturdy with good hardware. There are 37 screws on this tower. I highly recommend using a ratcheting screwdriver with H5 bit to assemble instead of the provided allen wrench. A flashlight will also help to line up the screws in the cat houses. The ladder should not be tightened all the way until you have the top house assembled to the tree. Provided instructions were easy to follow if you have ever assembled a cat tree in the past. It may be a bit challenging if this is your first tree. I included pictures at the major steps in case you need assistance. It comes with an anchor strap as a tip over safety feature, but so far it has not been necessary. We have had over 7 cats on it at one time without issue. Our cats love it.
