The overall quality of the cable itself is 5 stars. The thick cable is rubber and the ends seem like they are nicely sealed. The pictures are very accurate in my opinion. I docked it a star because the package it shipped in doesn't say anything about what you are getting, which is 8K 48 bps. "Hi-speed 8K HDMI Cable" just doesn't tell you much and in fact, it should say "Ultra High Speed." Is this HDMI cable really Ultra High Speed? I can't measure the speed, I don't know. The cable itself tells you even less. The rubber end is stamped "Amazon Basics HDMI." If you look at this cable installed in your system years later you will have no idea what it is and what speeds it supports.. By contrast the more expensive Anker HDMI cable has stamped on the cable end "HDMI Ultra High Speed." $18 for the Anker vs $10 for the Amazon Basics. For me if replacing just a single cable then get the Anker. If replacing all cables at the same time then save some money and get the Amazon Basics. It's your money, you can decide for yourself if the extra eight bucks for the Anker is worth it

We have this hooked up to our television so that we can easily connect our computer to it and stream picture. It has ended up being super helpful because some of our homeschool curriculum can only be had on the computer because there is no app, and this way I don't have to screenshare with my phone. We use it for multiple hours a week to take classes as a family and it has helped us be more productive. We just keep it plugged in, and then we roll it up when it isnt in use and hide it behind our decor. Great product.

Purchased these for the sole and explicit purpose of outputting from my computer to my Sony Bravia X90L in 4K at 120Hz. With other cables, the picture constantly cuts in and out, but this cable has worked flawlessly. Very satisfied, will be buying like 10 more of them.

Got a new monitor for my PC but the cables that came with Monitor was not working with my PC. Tech support suggested I get HDMI cable to give the monitor more graphics. Initially I plugged cable into the monitor and PC, but it wasn't working. Contacted support and they had me put the cable into a different plug area and now I am able to run and see my Information from the computer. Cost of the cable was good, and it works really well with my PC. Excellent product to use and does help to make the picture on my monitor download faster. Should I need another cable, I know which one to get.
