Bought this so we could take our rabbit with us on a camping trip (hold your horses- it was “glamping” and we figured a foldable perimeter would work better than keeping the critter confined to a small cage). Worked like a charm. Was very easy to transport, fold, extend, and made a great makeshift cage in the bed of the pickup overnight (didn’t want anything trying to take off with our little guy while we were sleeping). We didn’t need it at home, but when we took in a new dog and didn’t want him to get too close to the bun, we put up the fence as a perimeter around the rabbit house and it’s kept the dog a respectable distance away at all times. Seriously, buy it! I was totally surprised how well this is working. I absolutely LOVE this puppy pen! This has been a total game changer for me. I purchased the large pen with the door and was so impressed that I purchased the large pen without the door to make a bigger pen and another set! I use this in the house in the living room, one in my office and the 2 pens put together to make a bigger pen in my husband's woodshop. I use this to introduce dogs in the home, keep dogs safe or away from people visiting, it keeps the puppies away from things they shouldn't chew and have space for them to play, potty, and sleep. I have taken this outside to split our larger play pen area to be able to work on training of each dog separately, work on safe introductions between new dogs and so much more. I have two 8 week old border collie puppies, a 3 yr old border collie, a 6 yr old lurcher (Irish wolfhound-collie cross), and a 17 yr old border collie. This has been great to give my elderly pup space and a break from rambunctious puppies and has made introducing my nervous lurcher to the puppies slowly and safely. The large pen is tall about 4 ft and whilst the puppies have tried to climb it and chew on the bars, we redirect their attention to a chew toy instead. We don't have the pen secured inside so be aware of you have bigger dogs or those that are more determined to make a break for freedom. In our home, we just have the pen free-standing but outside I can use the stakes that the pen comes with to help make it more sturdy that helps if I'm playing with one dog any another gets overly excited. I'm so impressed with this pen that I'm seriously considering getting another couple of these to fence in my chicken coop on the homestead too! I'm very happy with this playpen. It's exactly what I was looking for, as I used to have one (20 plus years ago). It's easy to shape. I've setup an area for my boy that's on kennel rest. It allows me to setup a unique shape against a wall that has his feeding stand, large dog bed, and kennel. He's afraid of gates but this allows him enough distance between himself and the edges (border I've created with the playpen). I've attached one end (with the clips attached to the end of the playpen and an extra hook clip that was included with the purchase) to the outer edge of his kennel and the other side to a similar material (magazine rack I have mounted to the wall on the other side) with the second hook clip that was included. He won't attempt to get out, as he's afraid of baby gate type things, so it works perfectly for our situation. A pup that isn't afraid of the noise from bumping it, would be able to move it around. These type of playpens are lightweight and great for temporary situations. Having something secure to attach each end to works well. Even if you attach each end together, I'd highly recommend securing it in place to another object on at least two areas. After setting it up, I check it by lightly bumping on different panels/ sections to be sure a quick bump won't knock any portion of it down. I set each panel angled out to give extra footing and support. I love that this playpen is coated. That'll help prevent rust and overall is of great quality that I expect will last a very longtime. It folds up and is much easier to store than other types. It has clips attached to secure the ends together and two separate hook clips that can be used in many ways. I like the walkthrough door with three latches. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend, especially if you're familiar with this style. ... show more

It was handy in a bind because I have 2 small puppies 🐶 and the yard is not safe with all the open spots in the fence we have now ...so I bought this and it is nice to have it and to know my puppies 🐶 are safe and sound when I get them . It's also used for ptty training I put the pee pads down inside the pen as well .. they are just starting to pee outside so this works wonderful foe the potty pads as well it keeps them in one spot so the puppies do not take the potty pads and throw them all over the yard and make a huge nasty mess .. thank again for another product that is good in a bind ...☺🙂😀😄😁 ... show more

I got this for my free roaming rabbit. I go to school and work a part time job so when ever I am gone for long periods of time I like to put him in there just to make sure she doesn’t pee or poop on my floor. The only issue I had with this pen is that it doesn't have rubber feet to grip onto solid surfaces. Its fine for a small dog, or a dog that doesn't know how easily it can just push the walls. I can definitely see my dog figuring this out, and just sliding the pen around where ever she want to go. I've gotten around this by sticking some old cable covers around the edge of where I keep the pen, so she can't push the wall past that. It comes with anchors that you can use in grass, so this won't be an issue at all in outdoor grass use. You can also link multiple of these together, to make a multiple of 60ft pen depending on how many you put together. It also comes fully linked together, all you have to do is unfold it and latch the last link. Still would have been nice if it came with rubber feet to reduce sliding on hard surfaces. ... show more
