It has a medium thick consistency that's thick enough so that it's not at all runny, but thin enough so it spreads quickly and easily. I could apply half a tube of this stuff and it still wouldn’t irritate my sensitive skin. Works like a charm on clogged pores and acne. Good quality and great value for money. This is NOT for sensitive skin, so make sure to do a small test patch on your skin before applying all over your face. As soon as you feel a pimple, apply a thin layer. A little goes a long way - use minimally. Great to use under makeup.
