So, this is a good Stand, nice and stout. The problem is, I carry lots of stands in a bag and this thing is pretty heavy. My other speaker stand weights about half as much and is just as sturdy.

Firstly this isn't a temu/wish product. Tubes are of appropriate thickness and the center shaft has holes to fit a safety "key" to prevent it from slipping or falling past a designated point. With the base extended until it meets resistance it's about 25.5" from the center to the end of the legs. From the end of one leg to another its approximately 47". When dropped to the highest keyway safety hole with the legs extended out its 76". Fully extended it would reach the 6.5' advertised. If you have something light and don't need the full extension you could put it higher. Also at the base of the center shaft has an extra piece of material that secures into the final two holes to (I assume) assist with clamping. Well worth the price in my opinion.
