I tend to be rough with my phone chargers. I buy the expensive ones from the gas stations that don't last long and are way too expensive for the poor quality of them. I figured this would be cheaply made as well. Surprisingly, this charger is really well made. I bought this a couple months ago and its actually held up very well with no issues. Charges fast. This extension cord is convenient to have. I have it wrapped around my Craftsman Tradestack system. It has saved me a lot of hassle compared to the past with forgetting extension cords going to job sites and desperately needing one. So far this cord has held up, and even if it doesn't, it's cheap enough that I can easily go and purchase another to replace it.

I was originally looking for an extension cord for my mobile charger since my car is parked outside of my garage. This one came up and I saw some comments from others stating that it worked well with the Tesla mobile charger. I tested it out and noticed I was only getting about 1 mile an hour vs my usual 5. I also noticed that the cable was getting hot towards the middle where I wrapped up the excess wiring. I quickly disconnected it and did what I should have done before which was verify the amperage of the mobile charger. The mobile charger is a NEMA 5-15 which is 120v / 15amps. This extension cord only goes up to 13amps. I don’t think it is a bad product however as it does what it says it does, I mainly just wanted to post this for anyone else looking to use this on their mobile chargers as well. Double check the specs for your mobile charger as they might change by the time you’re reading this to verify before buying this.
