When I first received this luggage it seemed to be of decent quality for the price. However, on the maiden voyage of the larger suitcase, the lock broke. I followed the instructions and to set the loc to a new combo, filled up the suitcase, closed the lock and then rotated the dials to lock it. All was good until I realized I needed to add something to the suitcase but when I tried to open it, the combos I set did not work. I know what I set it to, but despite my best effort, the lock just would not open. I literally tried all 1000 possible combinations just in case I accidently set the code incorrectly but none of them work. My flight was leaving in two hours, and not having any alternate luggage option I traveled with it a permanently locked state. When I arrived at my destination I investigated all of the options for re-setting the lock but nothing that worked, so ultimately I had to borrow tools from the maintenance department at the hotel to pry open the lock, breaking it in the process. Now I have a suitcase has no way to loc it because the zipper ends broke when I pried it open. Bad luck, but I accepted it. The luggage was not that expensive so you get what you pay for I guess. Fast forward 10 months, and the smaller suitcase lock just broke. This time the lock slot where the zipper clips in no longer latches both zipper ends. That means that I cannot lock this bag either. And just like before this happed just hours before I am leaving on another trip, I now have TWO unlockable bags. If I could return it for a refund, I would, but the time has expired. I am incredibly disappointed, and if this is any indication of their quality bar, I will not buy Amazon Basic products in the future.

Received this set today, but I will be returning. It seems sturdy and of good quality but the color is far from “Cream” it looks nothing like the photos. IRL The color is very strange, with a hint of greenish undertones. I can only describe it as the color of pus. I’ve tried to take a picture but it doesn’t photograph well or true to color. Def not what I was looking for.

Love these. They’ve held up really well on 6 flights so far. Obviously have a lot of scuffing so far from being checked but I’ll see if a magic eraser can buff some of that off. No cracks though. Super spacious. I love the zipper divider with the waterproof section for toiletries and the lock closure. Rolls really well. All in all love these.

Do not fly with this if you want to keep it looking clean and nice. I loved these until I used it the first time and if anything touches it- it looks like it had a fender bender or got hit by a car. My first flight... It came out of the conveyer belt very scratched and multi colored as if I’ve had it since I was born....

DO NOT BUY!! It immediately started falling apart at the seems I had to ship it empty and pay for extra baggage just to be able to get it home after having to go to the store and purchase luggage just to get my things home. The wheels are also falling apart. Worst luggage I've ever seen.

I love this luggage set! It’s a pretty color (did get beat up a bit, but expected when purchasing cream). I’ve been searching for a good deal on a set I could use for traveling and I think I’ve got a winner. Love the inner compartments and hard shell case. This luggage was so convenient and perfectly accommodated all of my traveling needs. Only used it once, but so far so good!

This suitcase set is lightweight and durable. I like the four wheels also. Makes it so much easier to use. Also the locking mechanism with the zipper is neat.

These are some decent luggage pieces! I was worried when they came that they wouldn’t be durable because they were so light and the inside looked kind of cheap but they have proven me wrong! They have survived airplane rides, cruise ships, and work trips. If you are looking for quality luggage at an affordable price, these are it!
