I really like these storage bins, exactly what I was looking for to add to my existing ones. They seem basically durable enough. The latches are a little flimsy but they do work. My complaint: one in the set was broken on arrival, the latch had broken off along with some of the plastic. It was the one on the bottom. I did find it within the return window, planned to complain, then... just didn't. It would have been annoying to pack them all back up then risk another set arriving more damaged. So, you basically spin the wheel and hope it doesn't land on 4 damaged bins.... or 2 .... or 1... ... show more

They look good. But once put use, their flaws become apparent. They’re too thin and too brittle, too flimsy, too cheap. They break easily with the slightest flex. Plus the handles are pitifully useless. They fall off. And then fall off. Fall off, etc.. I’ve given up on using them and now just use the bins without the lids. I’ve only two left as the rest have all broken with the stress of being used leaving sharp and needle like shrapnel pieces. Quite hazardous I’d say. As long as they just sit there, you don’t touch or move them, they’re just fine. ... show more

These storage bins (5-quart 10-pack in my case) are OK for the price (particularly when discounted). Mine arrived with most of the lid clips loose in the box and I see many complain about the lid clips falling off. The problem (at least, in my case) was that there is excess plastic left around where the clip pegs fit onto the container, which means they will not go fully into their corresponding holes. It took a bit of work but I was able to use a small X-Acto knife to carve away the excess plastic. See the photos of before and after. All the lid clips now stay in place in normal use! ... show more
