I find this Amazon brand of acetaminophen to be just as effective as Tylenol (it's the same chemical, after all) and at a fraction of Tylenol's price. Even though the pills are uncoated, I think they're easy to swallow. If I take just one of these caplets as soon as I feel a headache coming on, the headache is quickly and completely prevented.

It's tylenol, it is what it is lol. We all know how great tylenol can help us. This is a perfect, cheap bottle with lots of tylenol to last you a long time. Much cheaper than stores and has a strong child-proof cap.

This was the best value I could find for a pretty large quantity that has exactly the same active ingredients at the same dose. Easy to swallow & definitely the same familiar shape &- color & size. It literally works exactly the same. This is helpful for my post major dental work pain. Even with a swollen mouth they go down very easy. I put a handful in a smaller bottle inside my purse which was a better value vs buying 2 sizes. You can just refill older bottles of this in smaller sizes too
