Individual packets not destroyed but the bag the package came in didn't protect the item and as a result whatever way it got delivered crushed the package in the mail when it arrived today. The strength of the product has been good using these in the last month on previous buys possibly saving me from heart conditions. Pills not overly small, two per packet not bad with water. Harder without. Aspirin works quick and well. Does not have a flavor for which comes back up to bite but doesn't taste good if you eat it. Not a bad product but if this was a gift I'd be worried.
