Probably doesn’t have the strength of Pepcid but it’s at least as effective as other off brand products. I’ve used other non Pepcid acid reducers and Amazon’s is equal to or better than any I’ve tried.

I bought these because a girl I work with said they worked better than Tums. I totally agree and will be buying this from here on out. These also seem to work pretty fast compared to other brands. It helps my heart burn so much and I usually don’t get again that same day.
