The battery info is false. Battery doesn't stay charged for more than 2hrs and item says it only has 250 cycles. Contacted seller and after I gave them the serial number they have gone silent. Another fraudulent company peddling trash through Amazon with no accountability.

    • Laptop Arrived in Good Condition; Return Process Successful
I wanted to add a positive review to this, as I was a little nervous ordering and seeing some of the more negative reviews. I purchased a refurbished M1 Max Macbook Pro from All Out Apple. The condition was described as Excellent. When I received the order, I would say that was accurate. I did not notice any scratches or damage on the laptop. I did notice some dust and such on the keyboard. It was clear it was not brand new, but I would still describe the condition as Excellent. I checked the battery, and I believe it had somewhere between 17-30 cycles ( can't remember exactly, sorry 😣) I decided to go with a new M3 Pro instead. I followed the return process exactly (when you start the return, there are extra steps besides the basic Amazon steps you need to follow -- such as resetting the laptop again and filling a form and placing it in the return box). I had the original box it was shipped in, and shipped it back in the exact same box, and followed all the return instructions to a T. I received my full refund for the product, which I was a little nervous about looking at other reviews. Overall, I would say my experience has been positive. ... show more
