This allergy medicine relieves symptoms due to hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies and the common cold. Take one dose every 4 to 6 hours. The mini-tabs are easy to swallow. This product is gluten free.

I use benadryl frequently. This bottle of 400 is the exact price I paid for a box of 24 benadryl. Unlike the expensive name brand boxed benadryl that is awful to undo with arthritic hands, this is a bottle no drama. Due to allergies and throat condition I have trouble with "tickling" in my throat and coughing. This worsens at night. This generic form of Benadryl is helpful and cheaper. This does not work like Benedryl. It may say that it’s the same ingredients, but it does not work the same. Perhaps it’s a cheaper, version of the ingredients that don’t work as well. I have a histamine intolerance and when I have too many foods with histamines I can take Benedryl and be ok. I have taken two of these and still had a reaction from the histamines so something isn’t working. ... show more
