I love this flavor of greens powder! It has a nice sweet berry flavor and is easy to sip on. I enjoy it daily and have it as a subscribe and save. But just like any greens powder, the texture is gritty, and if you let it sit for a bit, a lot of the sediment will sit at the bottom. as I was for several months or so, this green drink mix’s probiotics can make you poopoopeedoo shortly after you start drinking it. Also, it’s not really necessary to keep drinking it for that purpose so the effects on the uh… whatever it’s called lasts and lasts. I messed mine up by trying to live for a year(ish) eating partly on a diet that always included several sandwiches a day’s worth of processed pepper jack cheese slices. I know darned well that was the reason for the irregularity, etc, as I stopped eating it after drinking this stuff and reading about the myriad bad effects of eating too much processed foods. So, I did come late to that particular party as I hadn’t gotten the memo. Don’t do that and do drink this is my advice. And the berry flavor tastes really great to me mixing it with a Zulay Kitchen Premium Milk Boss frother in 8 ounces of filtered water once a day. Leverage this beverage! ... show more
