Ill start by saying this is my first wearable in almost 10 years and I dont have alot of experience with other wearables or smart watches. That being said, I tend to research things for weeks before I buy. After hours of YouTube reviews and comparisons, many Grok queries, and what feels like endless google searches i finally pulled the trigger and bought this watch. All I can say is wow... this watch literally does everything I wanted it to plus alot more! My primary wants in a watch were telling time (obviously), sleep tracking, heart rate/ health monitoring, and being durable (i work in construction). This thing accomplishes all of that easily. It also has other features that I didnt know I needed but cant see myself going without now, most notably the built in flashlight. Its bright and incredibly handy. Notifications are easy to read and respond to while phone calls are clear for both parties. The battery life is great even though im only getting about a week out of a full charge. Thats by my own choice though because i turned the heart rate check rate up. Also super impressed with how user-friendly both the watch and the accompanying phone app are. The phone app gives you a more in depth look at all the health metrics that your watch cant give you due to screen size limiting. Once I decided I wanted to go with the T-Rex 3 pro I had a hard time deciding between the 44mm and 48mm options. I ended up going with the 44mm because I didnt feel like my wrist size was suitable for the bigger watch and im happy with my choice. Ill post a picture of the watch on my wrist which is roughly 7inch diameter. Honestly I could write more great things to say about this watch but im not going to go into all the tiny details. If your in the market for a rugged/durable smart watch I definitely recommend this one. Its basically a Garmin finix 8 at a fraction of the price. ... show more

This watch it so cool, has so so many more features than my Garmin and cost pretty much the same price. Top Notch build quality, rugged, nice and bright, everything's adjustable, easy menu to navigate. Love the touch sensitive selectable areas on the screen, that's just a game changer. Tons of biometrics tons of watch faces and apps. I'm hoping the next model is a little Slimmer but no big deal the battery lasts weeks with everything almost everything running. My only complaint is that the music downloading to the device was extremely difficult, never really got it to work quite well, only got a few tracks loaded and gave up. This part can seriously use some work. My Garmin was pretty cool in this area cuz you could plug it into your computer and look up the songs on the device almost like a ext. drive which this one does not allow you to do . but not a huge deal cuz I don't use that much. ... show more

When I saw the "frequently returned " I eas a lil skeptical. But i went ahead and ordered it, i can honestly say I've been impressed so far. Im coming from a Samsung ultra, which was nice but overkill. Battery was horrible. The trex on the other hand is more my style. Simple and effective. Battery last for days and a quick 15 top off will bring it from 30% to about 80% basically faster and last longer than my Samsung. The apps work fine for me. Im not athlete, but enjoy a occasional hike or walk, which gets tracked well. I also use it as a route review for motorcycle. Just set up outdoor cycle, and it will track your speed and path. It doesn't play music like the Samsung, or make stand alone calls, but thats cool with me. Also love the voice assistant, wish it supported more topics, but its great for watch related things. And the biggest game changer is the flashlight, i use it all the time. Imo id pick this over thr Samsung, its cheaper, better battery, basically the same features and more comfortable. ... show more

Battery life is insane. You can actually use all the features on long hikes without having to worry about the battery at all. Screen is nice and bright, easy to read in direct sun. Auto adjust for ambient light. Titanium and sapphire crystal are holding up very well after rough use. Very smooth UI. GPS tracking is dead on through urban or forests. Offline maps are easy to use and work perfectly once downloaded into watch from app. Quick GPS lock. Very easy to see and set waypoints, or backtrack your trail on the map from the watch itself. Microphone and speaker is a game changer for spoken directions while hiking, voice calls, and using the integrated AI that runs chat GPT. Flashlight is beyond useful. Vibration alerts are nice and strong. Charges quickly. Tons of watch faces and apps to download with plenty of memory for everything you want. All sensors seem to work within tolerances along with the fitness tracking and goals. This thing beats the snot out of my Garmin. ... show more

I absolutely love my Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro! It offers the perfect combination of rugged durability, great design, excellent fitness and GPS features, and outstanding value. The battery life is easily one of my favorite things about it. Mine lasts an impressive 17 days between charges, even with regular workout tracking and everyday use. It is so refreshing not having to constantly think about charging my watch. It feels tough enough to handle anything while still looking sharp enough to wear anywhere. The watch is overall pretty great, comfortable and big enough so I can choose a lot of data to view or just a large clock display. It took a bit to figure out how to download music but this is how...To download music to your watch, you have to turn off your cellular signal and the VPN (if using one). Make sure you're Wi-Fi is on 2.4 GHz on the watch and then your phone. The download has to be an MP3 or flac file that is already stored/saved on your phone. It will not work for streaming services that I know of. Use the music icon on the device app. Battery life is great, I've only charged the phone to full capacity once when I received it and it is at 48%. I use the flashlight, fitness tracking and music... Awesome that I can track all my health and sleep. A little something to help keep me accountable. Very nice. ... show more

Great fitness, pulse and oxygen measurements, the watch face is big enough to see the smaller print plus multiple watch faces to choose from. Functionality has a bit of a learning curve and after it's easy to use all the functions. It has a great sleep tracker. The watch will receive and show messaging from cel phone. I love this watch it works great. The display is amazing. The only limitation I have is it cannot respond to messages on iphone but I can see them. Not having Apple Pay is not really a big limitation for me as I use my phone for that . The battery life is amazing and exercise tracking great as well.
