  • Clean Cuts - Long Life
Size: 10 Inch Dia
I put this on my Bosch Miter-saw and I love it. Cuts clean cuts fast. Stays sharp. Been using as a hobbyist for over a year now and it’s as sharp as the day I got it! Some plywoods will need a zero clearance insert and the kerf is just a tad thicker than standard blades. Cut plenty of pine, maple, black walnut, plywood and purple heart without any complaints! ... show more

  • Upgrade from the Red and Yellow blades NOW!
Size: 10 Inch Dia
At some point in my hobbyist history, I was convinced by some article that having a thin kerf saw blade was somehow "better". I don't recall why I bought into that but I did. I had paid upwards of $25 each time to get my table saw blades "sharpened" and by that I mean they felt sharper but I still feel like they had "run out" and I was pushing more than I felt was expected to rip and the scoring and blade marks left behind were anything but "glue ready". Did a little research on these Blue Blades and decided to buy instead of resharpen. OMG! What a difference. I run an "older" DeWalt hybrid which is now underpowered for me but the SawStop 3HP budget isn't yet (or likely unlinkley to be filled anytime soon) so I am stuck with better than contractor but not serious power yet. I was shocked (for some unknown reason) when I opened the new blade as it seemed so HEAVY. I almost was afriad of it in a way. I was so used to thos light weight thin kerf versions so I gently installed it, took a step aside knwoing that it was certainly going to break my arbor and laucnh through my skull...Power on and ...the most satisfying hum. The frequency was lower or more harmonious than the Yellow and Red ones. The heft of the full 1/8" kerf and extra steel made my "little" DeWalt hybrid into a beast. I fed walnut, maple and cherry through and each slide effortlessly through those boards like it wasn't even aware it was in use. Get this and be happy. ... show more

  • You deserve it - 1 year update
Size: 10 Inch Dia
Saw several reviews on YouTube along with those here. All positive and I agree. Can't speak to longevity since this is a new purchase but dang what an improvement in the cut. Definitely a commitment to yourself to pay this price vs. something off the shelf at a big box. Commit to yourself. You'll be impressed. Clean cut at the start makes the remainder of the project easier. Happy Birthday Electro-Blue - a year down the road and the blade is performing just as well as day one. Except for exacting dado work, this blade stays in my table saw all the time. Had the need to cut some 1/4" birch hobby plywood, 24" length, recently and I was worried about tear-out experienced with other blades. I was going to sacrifice a backer board but decided to give the blade the opportunity to prove itself. Wow. Very tiny tear-out and note that I do NOT have a zero clearance insert. I'm a weekender but the blade has ripped and crossed a lot of hard and soft lumber. I do clean the blade and keep the teeth free of build-up. Well worth it! ... show more

  • Awesome blade.
Size: 10 Inch Dia
After seeing a Stumpy Nubs review I decided to try it. Wow! Only tried one cut, and truth be told I am comparing to a used blade that has not been changed for a while. Others compare to a Forrest. That is what I just took off. It has been a while since it was new, but I do not remember the new Forrest cutting so easily as this blade. Awesome! Keep in mind, this is a 3 HP cabinet saw. Lower powered saws may not work as good and a thinner kerf blade might be more appropriate in those circumstances. But the Forrest is now about twice this price! I can buy two of these Amanas for one WW. IMHO that is a great deal. Thank you Mr. Nubs! ... show more

  • Favorite table saw blade
Size: 10 Inch Dia
I have tried four other brands in my Delta table saw. This works great for rip and cross cuts in hardwoods. Cuts in plywood are crisp and clean. The edges are sharp and precise, to the point that they can feel sharp. Great all purpose blade for plywood and hardwood. I have pushed 12 sheets of plywood to make shelves and hundreds of board-feet of hardwoods through this blade and it still is incredibly sharp. The thickness of the blade body leads to the precision. This also handles the heat well. I have never had this blade "warp" even when ripping 1" thick oak hardwood continuously for 15+ minutes. ... show more

  • Extremely sharp
Size: 10 Inch Dia
Although these blades are quite thick 1/8 inch kerf they cut like butter. I thought my little delta contractor saw would not be enough power for it, but the saw never even moaned or groaned about it. Very impressed with Amana so far.

  • Mileage!
Size: 10 Inch Dia
One year later: mix of hard vs softwood 80/20. Very pleased with cut and consistency. I dunk it in PBW for 10 mins when I switch to rip blade and its still like new.

  • Carbide broke on first cut
Size: 10 Inch Dia
Cutting 1.5” white oak half way through first cut carbide tip completely broke free of blade hitting one of our guys in right in the chin. No metal in the wood upon inspection, this caused us to go back to the old blade which we were replacing. A little dull but at least it had all of its teeth.
