There was quite a bit of assembly with this desk but wasn't too hard to put all together. I'd been after getting one of these types of desks for a while now as I need to stand more than just being a lazy potato at the computer, and even got a thin under desk treadmill to help keep me active while Texas fry's everything alive this past summer. I like that I can either work sitting down or standing up with this electric height adjustable computer work desk. This height adjustable desk has 3 different height settings ranging from 28.3" to 46.5". I did find it moderately difficult to assemble as it has electric components.

    • Good but not perfect standing adjustable desk
Overall this is pretty decent adjustable standing desk. It took me just about an hour to assemble it by myself. I had a good chuckle reading the directions with the translation of counter clockwise as anti-clockwise. The smaller parts were labeled clearly, but the larger parts were not labeled at all. The feature I disliked the most was that the top is in two pieces that are held together by small wooden dowels. This creates a slightly uneven work surface. The motor for moving the desk up and down is very smooth and relatively quiet. The preset heights are a nice feature, but I'm still trying to figure my ideal heights for various uses. The digital readout is helpful for me be able to make notes about what height I used for what purpose. If it wasn't for the split top it likely would have been a five star desk. ... show more

First of all, I knocked a star off because the desk came damaged (the top was very chipped on two separate corners, to the point that I had to pull loose pieces of pulp out because they were making a mess everywhere) and it was clearly due to very poor packaging, so if you order this desk, try to check the corners before you start assembling just in case you want to exchange it. That said, it was really easy to assemble and it's a very sturdy desk. It raises and lowers nicely without being super wobbly or slow and it feels solid whether it's all the way down or raised all the way up. The Base looks and feels solid. The controls are easy to use and are positioned out of tge way but close enough to quickly adjust. The top is a two peice design...I'm assuming for easier shipping. The adjustability in heiggt makes it great for hobbyists. The actuator is smooth and fairly quiet while in operation. It looks sleek and modern too. It's neutral colors lend itself well to pretty much any home or business. This desk is pretty heavy...so I'd keep it in mind If you need to carry this up or down stairs. ... show more

I am fully remote in my job and have a LOT of screen time. I needed to be able to stand up and work at times, just to get out of that stupid chair, this was the ticket! Desk is just as described and works great. Fit well in the space, which I had gathered from the description ahead of time, so the dimensions seem true to the listed specs. The presets are nice and it moves up/down well. It would be nice if it didn't have the seam in the middle of the desktop.     • Very good value adjustable desk
This desk is a great value, has smooth, consistent adjustability and is really stable and looks great. It took about an hour to assemble and the instructions were fairly clear overall, with a few parts not being labeled but easy enough to decipher from the pics. The main concern I had was that the desktop is actually 2 separate pieces being held together which I was afraid would create issues, but I just put a large desktop mat down and that cleared up the issue just fine. The desk looks great and the buttons are responsive and are great for precise adjustment of the height. The motor isn't too loud and seems durable, with pretty extensive use over the past few months. The memory function works well and the size of the desk is perfect for a dual monitor setup with room to spare. The desk is very stable with no wobbling, even when set to the highest level.
