Also, when this purse arrived, I happily discovered that this Vegan Leather looks close to natural Leather. I applied a good quality Leather conditioner to a cleaning cloth and gently rubbed it onto the vegan Leather and then buffed it. Wow! I had a crossbody bag that I used as my travel purse for years, and I was heartbroken when the strap broke on it. I got this and a few others as potential replacements, and this one was the clear winner. I love the greige, neutral color, because it's non-descript and goes with everything. It's a great size, large enough for a tablet, water bottle, sunglasses, wallet, phone, sunscreen, a hat, etc. (yeah, I tried to see how much I could cram into it. It will hold a small umbrella, FYI) and still zip. I love the levels of pockets on the front, plus all the additional pockets. It's great for stashing things, and separating out what you'll need more often, vs. what is a maybe use item. It's just wonderful. And it trekked all over, scraped against trolley railings, bus tours, café seats, etc. without getting scratched or scuffed. The lining is satiny, so it is easy to get items slid in and out easily. This bag is a little larger than my last handbag, and it holds most of my stuff. I don’t think it’s gonna last too long because the quality of the zippers is poor. I have to be very careful when I zip and unzip it. It appears that they’ve used different quality, zippers, and different size zippers And they’re not all the same quality on the inside has some nice pockets that I really like and there’s plenty of room for my glasses, my cell phone, my wallet, and a bunch of other stuff so I’m very happy with it. I loved the color and the quality was good. My issue is that the pockets (3) are too deep for me. I don't like digging on the bottom of each pocket to find my wallet, change, etc. I returned it because it really was not my style but the purse was fine
