    • Check screws first
This carb is definitely an ubgrade for the carb that comes on the syx moto 40cc. But it is not without it's own faults. The screws that hold the carb together like to back out while the engine is running. Make sure to remove all screws and apply lock tight to them before installing on engine.

It was an exact match to the one I took off my mini bike. But it doesn't want to run unless the choke is on just a little bit. There was no paperwork with this carb so I'm gonna guess and start adjusting the screw I think it is and see what happens. I have ridden the mini while on partial choke and it ran good and had good acceleration. Just needs fine tuning. ... show more
