I love RTD’s products and its customer support. Products has good quality and are easy to assemble. We received our patio furniture on time and my 16 years old son assembled them in one hour. Beautiful furniture with good quality seats and cushions. I love my beautiful patio furniture. I covered the furnitures to protect them from rain and dust. A few days after rain stopped, I wanted to use the furniture but I saw that a nasty rat has housed under the furniture cover and chewed up the cushions covers and furniture cover and has made a lot of mess on the cushions. I was in tears for my new furniture. I contacted RTD and explained what happened and send them pictures of the rat’s mess. Elsa at customer service was so nice and helped me with new cushion covers. It took awhile to receive all of the pieces for this set, but that’s because I ordered it on Prime Day. It was moderately easy to set up; we recommend NOT doing it on a very hot day (when the metal expands a bit!) The pieces assembled on the cooler day went more smoothly.
