I installed this SHICHU alternator in my 2007 Honda CR-V back in September, and so far it’s been working exactly as it should. Installation went smoothly, everything lined up correctly, and it charged properly right away. After several months of regular driving, I haven’t had any issues — no warning lights, no charging problems, and consistent performance. Time will tell on long-term durability, but up to now it’s been doing its job. Overall, a solid replacement option if you’re looking for a compatible alternator at a good price.

well....it did fit and worked for 2 days. yes, 2 days. Murano went into limp mode. had to leave it on the street. Dead beast. Had to pull battery take it home, do a speed charge on our charger. drive back put it back in and drive ASAP to the closest mechanic. not only did we not save money, but hubby went in for surgery. he could not buy another and replace. we spent $1200 at the shop for them to put in a rebuilt OEM. Shop said new not available and murano (stupid nissan) is so proprietary- OEM. we did Bench test this unit before install. It tested Okay.. NOT- so now a lot poorer. just in time for hubby who can't work or repair cars until doctor release. SO... think about that when you try to save money on Amazon.. WHAT a joke. lost money Lost time- aaaargh amazon stuff is cheap chine junk. buh bye

Works very well! Was a bit nervous, but I've driven with this thing in my '14 Odyssey now for eight months without issue. Definitely loud for an alternator, but I don't really care. It's HALF the price of OEM... Only difference from OEM is the pulley is plastic instead of aluminum. But the plastic is reinforced with an aluminum ring. No harm no fowl.
