Originally... We bought this as a wedding gift. The wedding is a month away so we set it up and tested it and it exceeded our expectations! Absolutely beautiful!!! The sound of the water is relaxing. We already purchased two other Alpine fountains for our garden and we were so impressed with the quality, design, workmanship etc. Highly recommend Alpine fountains! PS ~ easy to assemble. 8/28/24 Update: We decided to leave the fountain up and running to make sure there were no problems. It didn’t take long to discover that the overspray was going to be a big problem. We adjusted the pump to its lowest level, but the problem persisted. The overspray would fill little reservoirs next to the jars. When these reservoirs were filled from the overspray they began dripping badly over the side and pooling onto the patio floor. The fountain is advertised as indoor or outdoor. If this was indoors it would be a ‘slip and slide’ hazard plus it would ruin a floor. We were in contact with the seller over many days with no solution. We sent videos, photos, all revealing the buildup of overspray into the little reservoirs... then dripping onto the floor. Their final solution was for us to purchase a protective mat and place under it under the fountain!!!! This was unacceptable... because at some point the excess overspray would win! We were truly disappointed! Early on we had decided that we would order one for our own patio once the gift fountain was delivered. ... show more

I purchased this fountain from Alpine and I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, after about 11 months, a piece from the top bowl broke and it could not function without it. I called the Alpine customer service to see if I could order the part that I needed. The customer service rep was very professional and informed me that the fountain was still under warranty and they would replace the entire fountain. Within three days of speaking with the Alpine representative, my new fountain was received. I could not be happier with the customer service I received from this company and I'm even happier with my new fountain. ... show more

Looks great and gives a soothing sound. Thought at first it had a leak because it ran out of water within two days. Turns out the water was splashing out because I had the pump flow too high. Turned the pump to minimum, and loss of water slowed. Still slight splashing so I wouldn't recommend using the fountain inside. ... show more

I absolutely love the fountain! The first one I ordered came cracked but Amazon was quick to replace it. I have it’s set up on my patio. The sound of the water flowing is so peaceful. It does have a bit of overflow so I would put it in a place you don’t mind getting a little damp. I love it in the daytime, It is very natural looking but at night it looks magical. I ordered the Alpine GIL 140 43" fountain back in December of 2021. The Fountain as run perfectly for many months providing a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere in our courtyard. I had an issue with one of the fountain lights. I contacted customer service. I provided them with the details they needed. With in a few weeks I had the items corrected. The customer service at Alpine was the best. They where very apologetic and Concern about there product and made sure the customer "me" was satisfied with the unit. Great job Alpine !!!     • LED light not working after 3 weeks.

We thought this will be a good investment sorta, that will last over 2 years maybe. BUT the Led stop working in a few days. Not good at all. And the company escaped from their responsibility of replacing the LED light. Very BRITTLE. Buy at your own risk!

I love this fountain and have gotten many compliments from visitors and the neighbors! The color is spot on to the description, and exactly what I was looking for. The size is accurate, and fits nicely in a corner of my front porch. I have not experienced issues with leakage. The lights emit a soft glow in the evenings and at night, that is very appealing. It is sturdy, and pretty much already assembled. Very easy to fill with water by removing a sliding door on the back. Also, it holds a lot (gallons) of water so you shouldn’t have to fill it too often. As a bonus, the hummingbirds love it too! ... show more
