I like the stone look, but the lower basin isn't deep enough. I have mine outside on the ground, but if its not level the water spills out. The pump should have a lower setting. I now put it on a slate stepping stone to see if this helps. I do like that little critters can take a drink.

    • Takes a bit of work to get it right UPDATED
It took a bunch of adjustments and tweaking to get it right but it is finally working well. Biggest problem is the hose for pumping the water up to the top of the fountain. It is a thick hose and sticks out of the top piece almost level to the ground. So when you attach the pump to it, the pump does not have the weight for the pump to stand upright. There are suction feet but they are small and can't hold the pump upright the way it should be. I ended up putting several rocks between the pump and the "rock" that covers it. Not a great solution but it works. The fountain has sprung a leak somewhere. Good thing I put it on a 2" deep tray for just such a problem. A shame the quality isn't there. ... show more

No directions sent with fountain. Pump does not fit inside the fountain. Don’t buy this. Save your money.

I own two Alpine water fountains and wish I had room for a third. Excellent products and customer service. Highly recommend adding an Alpine water fountain to your backyard or other space in your home. A must have for those who enjoy their backyards as much as I do!!!

    • Difficult to assemble
Good sound however when assembling it, very difficult to submerge pump while it’s attached to the tubes, mine just doesn’t lay correctly. Disappointed because it was beautiful & good stream.

Too many pieces for a small fountain. Very disappointed. Not worth the price I paid. Thought it was a one piece unit.
