The media could not be loaded. When I first received these toys they looked thin and flimsy and I thought they would be torn apart within hours but boy was I wrong! I have been thru kevlar infused toys that were torn apart in one hour to countless others and these things have held up to countless hours of my bullies tugging and pulling. I will never buy another brand of toy for my girls. I am very involved with the bully community, including several rescue groups and I tell everyone about these. ... show more

I have a husky and a medium mixed breed. They both love playing with these. They usually destroy most toys within 30 to 60 minutes. These have lasted quite a few days. The squeaker is gone within the first few hours but the legs have stayed attached. It took my medium dog about a week to completely destroy it. I will definitely order these again because they last longer than a day. I love that it has no stuffing so I don't have to worry about them eating it or cleanup. The legs and head have mesh inside and it does not tear easily. When my dogs shake the crap out of the toy as I walk by it does not leave bruises like the ropes do when they hit me with the toy. It has not wrecked my TV when the dogs let go of it and it hits the TV. I only gave it 4 stars because the dogs do rip them up. ... show more

I have one year old Labrador Retrievers. They play tug of war with these a lot. I was surprised that they haven’t managed to destroy them yet, as they do within a day of purchasing most toys. I am particularly happy that these do not have stuffing. Usually the stuffing is the first to go. Over all I’m happy with the purchase. I have 3 dogs so looking for multipacks of the same style toy is great so there is less squabbling between who gets what toy. I have a border collie puppy, a 4 yr old Irish wolfhound cross and a 17 yr old border collie. These toys were loved by each one of my dogs. The toys are floppy and easy to squeak in the octopus head. So much so that my elderly boy could happily play and make it squeak. He even collected the toys up and took them to his bed! My puppy ran off bounding through the house squeaking the octopus' head with the tentacle-legs flying everywhere as she ran around, so the entertainment value is pretty high! My Irish wolfhound loved the crinkling on the tentacles of the octopus and went straight for tearing into the orange toy pulling out the plastic, then pulling out the squeaker. The toy did ok with a game of tuggy (tug-o-war) with him and this toy would have been a great reward during a training session. The fabric is not very tough so this is not a toy for aggressive chewers. Legs were easily chewed off and unfortunately were ingested by one of my dogs which caused them to vomit repeatedly throughout the night. Same with the squeaker, they are thin, soft plastic. So if your dog is a voracious chewer, give these a miss. What I liked about these toys: 1. They were reasonably priced for 3 toys 2. These are not small toys! They are great for medium and large dogs. 3. Very fun for the dogs to play with. 4. No stuffing to clean up What I didn't like: 1. Toys are not durable for tough tuggers. 2. The toys are not reinforced for chewing. 3. Squeaker not strong enough. The toys just didn't last. There was maybe 15 minutes of play time at most before the chewing and destruction of the toys really got started. I might buy these again if I can give my puppy better supervision for her chewing these and trying to stop her from ingesting the pieces she is chewing off put I probably won't buy them again. There's too much plastic that can be eaten with the crinkly plastic in the legs. ... show more

As soon as I gave this to my dog he had a hole chewed in the face and the squeaker out. He also pulled the crinkles out of the legs. He like playing with it but it is not indestructible like they say.

Bought this for my 9 month old puppy and he loves to play with it. The squeaker no longer works, but there is a crinkle in it that he loves. Would recommend this for puppies or dogs that love to play tug of war.
