Everything feels like decent quality (considering price point) Mold is nice weight and I believe will produce good looking pieces. As with most resin molds, they are not sturdy enough to fill and move by themselves (unless you have the mold on some kind of workstation... I have a few small cookie sheets that I line with silicone sheets and then lay my mold on that. It makes for easy moving and easy clean up) The clear toppers for the shaker molds are a good size. I'll definitely be able to get a bunch out of just these. Also, the included bottle appears to be of good quality. Small, but good. My only two gripes are the amount of packaging and that one of the hair clips are bent. Regarding the packaging... Every single individual item is wrapped separately. Including each hair clip (only 4, thankfully. Haha) I'm not a crazy environmentalist or anything, but that's 10 plastic bags from one package and the only one that is recyclable is the Amazon bag it was shipped in. 🤷🏼♀️ Next, regarding the clips... I have a small business making hair bows/ accessories, so I have more alligator clips than I know what to do with, but considering this pack only came with 4 clips and one is not usable, that kind of stinks!! Hopefully for other people, all of them are in good order. 🤞

Absolutely love these! They are so much fun to make. With some help (well, maybe lots of help) even my 5 year old daughter was making them. I initially watched a "how to video" several times before proceeding. Once I started to making my own as I followed directions, it was all clear and easy. I do wish the clear sheets came with pre-cut shapes. No matter how well I traced them, the clear shapes never perfectly lined up with the molded parts. I might try to precut these using my die cutting machine. The molds themselves are good quality. None in my set had any defects whatsoever. We had no issues de-molding either. I definitely recommend this product, probably the most fun resin project we have done so far. Stock up on some fun glitter confetti if you are getting those. Everyday now, my daughter asks me to make more. Now we have so many shaker keychains, we don't know what to do with them.

The molds you sent are of excellent quality. Its taken me many, many tries to get one to turn out well, however, the molds had nothing to do with it. These instructions should help others new to the craft. Fill each of the molds with your color choice. Allow to cure. Remove from mold. Trace the outline onto some clear, thin plastic. (But not as thin as plastic wrap for foods.) Select your theme for each of the shakers, or use the same theme for all. Into the completed mold place small beads, sequins, glitter, sea shells, or other small things that you want to move around when you shake it. Cut out the drawn-on plastic... Be careful at this point that the outline of the piece will be fully covered. You can use UV resin to glue the plastic in place. Other glues that you can use... E600, super glue, or even a small amount of 2 part epoxy resin. Drying times will vary. Then to seal the shaker completely, add a thin layer of UV or 2 part resin. Look along the edge of your covered piece. There will be a tiny hole through which you can add oil and water via a small needle or such device. Remember to leave a little air to help movement. Carefully wipe off any liquid outside of the piece. Now use a little glue, uv resin, super glue or 2 part epoxy resin to fill that hole. Once dry give it a good shake to see what the movement looks like. Now that your basic shaker is complete, Decorate the outside to coordinate with the theme inside. It takes practice but I have found that a carefully cut and placed plastic will make or break your project.
