I actually purchased the 3 piece set - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I have a shampoo that I adore, but they recently changed the pump and it doesn't work - so - I purchased this set. They sent the 3 bottles and additionally they sent a lovely firm funnel AND an additional backup pump! So nice. My special shampoo and conditioner are thick. So it took me about 30 minutes to funnel the shampoo and conditioner - tap tap tap slowly in. After I completed the task, I realized the pump with the new kit might just twist into the bottles of my great shampoo - and sigh.. they did. So... I'm gonna use the hard one transferred shampoo and conditioner in the new bottles and then just use the pumpers when I begin a new bottle. Lesson learned. The set is solid white plastic (which does make it a little harder to see when it's getting down there - unless you lift them). The pumps worker really well. And I am so impressed that they included a non-collapsible funnel AND an extra pump - just in case. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. All of my reviews reflect my honest, personal experience with the reviewed item - your experience may be different. I am not influenced by any outside source. I receive/accept NO free products or discounts that are not available to all shoppers- ever. I also refuse to 'change' my review for a refund of a product I have given a poor review - and that is offered from time to time. I may have made this comment before, but, we use these in an Airbnb guest apartment, and, they hold up very well. Look good. Sort of elegant. The pump for the body wash, which gets a lot more use than the shampoo and conditioner pump, did crack. They supply an extra pump with the purchase, but, we ordered a replacement pump which came quickly. The original pumps are plastic, but, we bought their metal pump replacement for a few dollars more. ... show more

I bought a set of 5 white bottles a year ago. While they looked great in the shower, a year later the labels had all faded. I wanted something more durable, but I really love the look of these, so I reluctantly bought a new set of 3 white bottles as a replacement (5 bottle set is no longer available). I’m in love with the new version! The bottles are now matte (they used to be glossy). They look classier, and I think this will help the labels last much longer. I only wish I could still get the 5 bottle set. I really need to replace my original face wash bottle, which looks terrible. I hope they’ll consider making that one in the new matte version. ... show more

I saw these while staying at a B&B on vacation recently, so was able to use them and loved them. They are made with sturdy plastic (not the cheap thin kind) and large enough pumps to take thicker products. The B&B used them in all of their guest rooms and they’ll be perfect for our guest room, too (eliminate the various bottles for a cleaner look). I love the simple, clean design. These bottles look beautiful in our small hotel. The seller included a note about the best way to open the bottles so the pump tube doesn’t break. I followed the directions and had no problems with the 64 bottles we used. The tube goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle. I trimmed off a 1/4” to eliminate the problem. OK I saw someone post a picture of her bathroom on Facebook and she had these bottles in it and I fell in love with them. Unfortunately they were sold out when I went to order them. I was going back and forth with myself about buying these bottles because, let's face it, they're not a necessity. But anyway the other day I was on Amazon and once again looking for bottles. I ended up buying the three pack of 16 ounce bottles in white as well as the face soap bottle. I bought white with the intention of getting the black bottles for my husband once I decided if I like these or not. Like some of the people who left bad reviews, I did have a bit of a problem getting the conditioner pump to pop up but I finally got it and it works fine. Had I not gotten it to work I would have contacted the seller instead of just coming on here and complaining. But, anyway, I think I have the most disgustingly thick conditioner that you can buy but it comes out of the pump with no problem. The funnel worked fine except for trying to fill it with the conditioner. I have a bigger funnel but that didn't work either. As I said I have the most disgustingly thick conditioner that you can buy. I just ended up pouring it in freehand and all was well. As for the decals coming off I hope they don't but since I only received them and used them for the first time today only time will tell. Right after I took my shower I came back on here and ordered the black set. ... show more
