I don't usually wear makeup at all, and I have insanely sensitive skin. I've bought this in three colors, and the first was awful. Worry Less looked dry and chalky on my lips, and terrible with my very pale skin. Insta Queen is lovely, but not as vivid purple as it looks. It's closer to a berry purple, it's surprisingly flattering. My favorite is the Love Yourself, which is a glossy darker cherry or blood red. Almay in general is my go to when I do actually want to wear makeup without getting irritated skin, so I would recommend it to others. These lipsticks are more vivid than I can usually get from this brand, and I like them a lot, with the exception of "worry less". ALSO, the inst queen came sealed in plastic, but the others did not, so I'm not sure what the standard is. ... show more

I own lipvibes in three different darker colors (reddish pinks), and I was trying to branch out with some lighter colors but unfortunately this hue is not right for me. I am fair with freckles. I do love the formula though. It goes on silky and doesn’t dry out or flake. It is not a lipstick though that stays on while eating or drinking. That is the only downside. ... show more

A number of years ago, I found I was allergic to lipsticks and chapstick. I was so allergic that I could wear Almay, but I had to clean it off after an event. In addition, the colors were weaker. Now the colors are more intense and I can wear this lipstick all day. It goes on smoothly, too! I recommend Almay lipsticks for those sensitive to lipstick. ... show more
