For the price, it’s great. It sounds beautiful, it’s got some fun lil accessories. I’m only deducting a star because while tuning it the very first time, I had a string snap. And it wasn’t even close to being in tune, it just kinda broke outta nowhere. It does seem to be falling out of tune easily, but I’m not going to complain about that as it is brand new. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. What a nice twelve string guitar It takes time to get it tuned because it doesn’t hold tune from first time. So you need to tune it few times until it keeps turning. Overall it’s nice instrument

It features a built-in tuner and pickup system, comes with an accessory kit, and arrives ready to play once tuned. It includes a basic case, cable, extra strings, an Allen/hex key, capo, strap, pick guard, and 9V battery. There's no materials in the listing, but it appears to be a close-grain spruce top with maple or possibly fruitwood back and sides. The fit and finish is acceptable, and the neck is straight. I am not happy with the bridge, and one of the strings was installed incorrectly, leaving a flat place in the bridge (-1 star). It may need a new bridge--the servicing would cost more than the guitar is worth! Once tuned, it stays in tune well. The tone is a little tinny, likely due to the factory strings rather than the guitar itself. I’d upgrade the strings at my convenience. The tuners turn smoothly and hold their place. The pickup is firmly mounted and works as expected. The built-in tuner is surprisingly good. It matched what my ear hears (and I have perfect pitch), so I trust its accuracy. No directions are included, so if you’re not a guitarist, you’ll need to figure out the other controls on your own. The labeling on the pick up is very small, and I couldn't read it even with my glasses, I needed a magnifier. The soft case is basic and a bit flimsy--if you have a better one, use it. The guitar arrived well-secured, with strings wrapped in oil paper. The accessories are mostly as shown, but while the wrapper said "12 strings," there were only six. The included picks are mid-weight; I would’ve preferred a variety (but it's not like I don't own lots of picks). For the pricepoint, this is a decent value--if the bridge is in good condition. Otherwise, it looks good, sounds decent, and does what it's supposed to. This would be a good guitar for a student who wants their first 12 string. It would also be perfectly acceptable for carrying to jam sessions, where you don't need the best guitar and maybe you don't want to risk your good one. ... show more
