The media could not be loaded. Come fast, very well packed, solar panels came in different shipment, customer service is great and super efficient, charge faster than I expected, and I try it with my full size fridge and an electric griddle connect for 2 hr. Straight and took just 10% of the full charge, so I think is very efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase. The only minor problem was that I didn't completely understand how to connect both solar panels at the same time, so YouTube it is 🤣 ... show more

This is a review for both the solar generator and the customer service. I’ve had this unit for two months and it has completely died. It won’t charge or turn on. There’s something running inside the box (maybe a fan), but there is no power to anything, including the LED screen. I only use this unit to power a mini fridge and occasionally recharge my laptop or phone. I only charge it according to the directions, using either the recommended solar panels or the included AC power cord. There’s no way to check for a fuse, as the entire box is sealed and the warranty is voided if you open it up. I’ve tried to reach out to the manufacturer for warranty support (I did register the warranty), but they only replied to ask where I bought it, and then nothing. I’ve been ghosted. ... show more

The battery is extremely off. I finally had a chance to use it with a temporary power outage. I had it already charged with the provided solar panel. The only thing connected to it was a fan that only used 36-38 watts and the battery died after reaching 75%. Now the battery icon keeps blinking (nothing in manual) and won't charge. The only reason I think it's not dead is it still displays the settings when the AC button is pressed, so there's some power. The media could not be loaded. Purchased a few weeks ago. It weighs more than I expected, but still is manageable to care. Love the fact that it displays the output and input when charging or discharged. The reason that it revived a 4 star from me , is because, when the fan activates, it makes this buzzing sound like the fan is hitting something internal. The media could not be loaded. I am unable to control the unit. The power button, AC button and the DC button do nothing. Bluetooth is not able to be turned on. The device has live power to each port and they cannot be turned off, or monitored. The only good is that the battery itself has a decent amp hour range. I taxed it with a draw of 400 watts for just over 4 hours and it still had power. I cannot recommend this unit though as it is entirely uncontrollable. If you have to return it, you have to pay an exorbitant amount so be very mindful of that. The two stars are for the ability to store the 2400w/h it indicates it can do. ... show more
