Came packaged very secure without any damage and on-time. Very heavy unit but made well. Directions on setting up wi-fi on front panel were incorrect. Finally found correct sequence to activate by trial and error. Used the Allpowers r2500 RV hookup to house generator outlet connection outside. Power went out second day I received unit. Turned off all breakers and only used what was necessary. Two refrigerators, kitchen lights, basement lights, water heater fan, and furnace fan. Lasted 3.5 hours. Power came on 30 minutes later which was ok as it was 5am. Kept me from starting up loud 10k watt generator at night. It was cold and snowy, and I would have to pull generator outside from building and hookup. Therefore, solar power generators work well, for limited applications. They are great for emergency circumstances when there is no other fuel source available or short outages. The solar panels work very well for recharging unit on sunny days or light overcast. You can recharge your solar unit r2500 from another generator using gas/propane/natural gas. I know, why do this? At night this unit is very quiet and our 10k generator is very loud outside our bedroom window. Another great way to use these generators is for your RV. As RV people know while riding in your RV without an optional inverter, you have no power for watching TV or using outlets. You can install an inverter and roof solar panel(s), but this unit would save some money and be used for camping and home. We never liked running our RV generator while riding as it draws from the RV gas tank and is loud. Overall…you will be pleased with this unit and its different uses. Highly recommend.

This generator was a good price for the money. I priced other one's that were way too much money. It charges in about an hour with a wall outlet. Haven't used the panels yet. It holds the charge too. It hasn't gone below 100% since I got it, and, I checked every month.

Piece of crap. I charged it with a 220 outlet no problem but when I tried to do the solar charge, whoops the receptor in the battery wasn’t screwed in so I pushed it inside the battery(see photo). I’m relatively handy so I figured I’d take off the face and do it myself but nope it’s riveted. So no way to fix it without breaking it and no returns through Amazon and I got it 4 days ago so my warranty hasn’t even gone through…lovely. Don’t buy it! Oh wait I to let Amazon access my camera to upload that photo and no thanks Bezos. Eff off! Don’t buy it!

This pure sine wave generator is powerful and user friendly. I am very pleased with my purchase and the best part of it all is that Customer Support is excellent, quick to respond to answer questions. I give this portable power and Customer Support hands down 5 Star for power, performance and responsiveness. The solar panels are awesome too. The panels are foldable, sturdy and charges the generator as it should be. I just tested the panels on a sunny day today. Generator was at 91% charged - plugged in the solar panels and in 15 mins, it is back up to 100% charged. It worked! So far so good. I have tested this generator with my small appliances - rice cooker, stand fan, 2 slice toaster, coffee maker, 50' smart TV, Play Station, laptop, All in One computer, iphones, ipads - not all at the same time except for TV and Play Station and this generator performed as expected. I recommend the All Powers Monster X 2000! You can't go wrong with the price and quality. I am a Happy Camper!

I have my rv plugged into it ,2021 coleman lantern 17b and it powers everything ,a must have for rv'ers and i also bought 3- b1000 expansion batteries and 2- 600w solar panels this generator setup with batteries is amazing over 5400w i wish i could connect more batteries but 3 batteries does the job for me i did buy 2 200w flexible panels because the 2 600w panels are portable and should not be used mounted permanently ,and for backup I bought an etaker f1000,I don't have the etaker connected I just installed alligator clips to it so it's portable works great for charging any power station ,I really don't need to use solar panels if I don't want to but you can use solar panels with the etaker also while it's connected to your vehicle 1000 watts combined I think if you overland my setup would be perfect

This unit is easy to use, I keep it in my Trailer and always charged (solar panels on the roof) and ready to use. Bur, I also have a gas generator mounted to my trailer to use if needed. I felt the price of this unit and the panels was reasonable. Received on time and free shipping. Thank you

arrived early came on immediatly charged with no issues have not used it yet but will let you know. used the generator when we went camping worked great supplied us with enough energy to run our camper and tv charged cell phone. works great charging with the panels was difficult do to having to move them with the sun as the stands on them are not great making a stand for them to hang them off of to move them easily with the sun.
