This generator was a good price for the money. I priced other one's that were way too much money. It charges in about an hour with a wall outlet. Haven't used the panels yet. It holds the charge too. It hasn't gone below 100% since I got it, and, I checked every month.

    • I ordered this and when I did my reseach this is what I found.

This is not a LiPo Lithium battery. It is a good battery but with a 2500 rechargeable cycle and a LiPo is 3500 rechargeable cycle. They don't mention it here. That was my first red flag because many skip the importance of parts so they can sell. This type of battery heats up fast. The other thing is the warranty... One or two years of warranty is all they think the product should last. A LiPo battery has a 5 year warranty and 10 years of fully functional. Warranty is important with product that has batteries because cheap batteries can buy the manufacturer enough time for the warranty for wear out before the batteries starts to weaken. If I am to spend close to 1k, I want my money to stretch as far as possible. This here in a risky investment. Can you stack this? Nope Not worthbit for me but for others this is good as a UPS device. ... show more

The actual unit works great and charges fast to 100%. My one complaint is the solar panel stands. They are flimsy and attached to the panels with a loop of nylon straps which are sewed into the cover. They are free to move about and will not keep the panel at an angle in the slightest wind. Otherwise, the unit works great and powers a number of items in my 5th wheel. ... show more
