Swapped the OG rad out of my 87 RamCharger. Direct bolt in, only issue was original fan shroud bolts didn’t work, too short. Easy fix by running to the hardware store. Keeps truck cold. Been in for 2 months now and has given me no issues at all. Live in super hot/humid GA for reference

    • Upgrade to factory.
Awesome, it fit as expected, we'll packaged and arrived in perfect, un damaged shape. Once installed, it looks good. I have zero road testing as of yet, but all was in order, will revisit this once my alternator is in and I can get my truck back where it oughtta be... on the road. The cap gives a nice custom look, and the mounting brackets are solid. The factory radiator was mostly plastic, and aesthetically, this is a definite upgrade. ... show more

    • Perfect replacement
I bought this radiator for my 1990 dodge ram and it fit absolutely perfect with no issues at all. The only thing is I had to do some modification to my fan shroud to get to get a tighter fit against the radiator that's why I gave it a 4 star. I would highly recommend this for you vehicle it keeps my truck nice and cold and looks great also. ... show more

    • Seems like a really solid radiator, nice upgrade
Seems great so far. Attaching the fan shroud took a little ingenuity and hardware, but nothing major. I'm glad to see more sources coming up for radiators like this. Often the OEM units were not that great (at least they had metal tanks in these older trucks, although that is kind a mixed blessing) and there aren't many upgrade options from regular parts sellers. When I ordered this, it was $189, which is a great price for even an OEM radiator, but this is a definite upgrade. I think the price has gone up since then, but it's still a quality unit, easily comparable in price to other aluminum radiators out there (when they are available, and sometimes they are not).
