I got these for my 08 Silverado and you can’t believe how much they changed the look. My truck is pretty clean anyway but these new housings make it look brand new. Now I can’t say if they will weather as well as the OEM housings but they look great for now. Installation wasn’t hard persay but you do have to unbolt some things to do it. They did fit right back like the originals with no issues. The only thing I will say is they do not have the additional screw that allows you to adjust them with a 10mm socket. Kind of a bummer but not a dealbreaker. I don’t remember which side it was but one side the bulbs went right in but the other side it was like the sockets were upside down. I had to cut the notches a little different to get the bulbs sitting correctly in the housings. I did install new LEDs so they did have to be indexed to illuminate properly. They do throw a good light pattern. So far I would recommend them, if they don’t cloud up prematurely then they are a decent value. I will polish my originals just in case. ... show more

I have a 2007 Silverado 2500 HD Duramax - to me she looks like an old farm truck - my headlights are fogging a bit - I had bought some plastic x - which helped a little, but didn't really seem to do the long lasting fix that I was hoping for. I was cautiously optimistic about these chrome assemblies but I think they look pretty sharp. I underestimated how difficult the job really was - the assemblies fit exactly like the old ones into the truck - quite snug. I had to work them out slowly and purposefully - I say that because the new ones are exactly the same dimensions as the originals. Ok - on to the part I had to remove from the old assemblies and put on the new ones - The low beam retaining ring that the actual light bulb locks into - I had problems getting the bulb to twist lock into the ring on the new headlight, so I removed it from the old one - removed the one and put the old one in it's place. I did not have any problems with the 2 marker / signal lights or the high beam bulb. Just the low beams. All the other bulbs went in just like they came out, fairly easy, I just had to make sure they were lined up correctly. I look at my truck now to admire the new headlights and I honestly don't see anything off - it's all quite perfect. I think these are worth the price of admission. ... show more

So far so good with these replacement headlight assemblies. They installed pretty easily and lined up with little adjustment. The beam adjustments were a different story as they were nowhere near lined up. But after tweaking and installing led bulbs its like a new truck. No more yellowed factory lights. Good OEM headlight replacement. The yellow headlights on my truck have been frustrating me for a while, they were oem replacements as well from a box store, but the quality was not very good compared to these ALLGOOD headlights. These have a better fit and finish and the install went smooth. Pros: Good build quality, Nice plastic, Clear lens, easy install, oem tab placement. Cons: None ... show more
