This was my second time purchasing this rifle sling. I bought it again for a second rifle because I love how it goes from a very comfortable sling to an excellent gun rest so I'm not scratching up my gun when firing it. The 1st one has lasted for 6 or 7 hunting seasons just fine but I didn't want the hassle of removing/reinstalling when I want to take a different gun out. This sling left a little to be desired as you'll see in the photo. There are little tears or holes in the fabric. Not that big of a deal. Definitely not worth sending back during hunting season but certainly not as perfect of an item as my first one was. Ultimately, I will buy again if I get a 3rd Ruger. ... show more

These sling look great and work very well. It was a little wider than I anticipated but it actually works better that way as far as slipping off your shoulder.The rubberized material on the outside is a little on the hard side and could be a little stiff until it gets broke in.The inside that goes against your should is like stiff memory foam with large indentations the really hold it in place good. ... show more

Sturdy, stylish sling. Mounting hardware included & dummy-proof installation, which allowed me to complete it in under 5 minutes. Its non-slip neoprene material is practical, given a slung rifle’s tendency to shift while carrying. Probably not for use in the field, with hard use & rough carrying-that’s best left to an old reliably leather sling.
