This is a waste of money we have had it set up for 6 hours and we have been able to watch exactly 2 minutes of tv b/c the power cord keeps falling out. When I contacted Best Buy I was transferred 5 times each time told just to plug the thing in. Damn I wish I had thought of that!! The last lady called me a retard and bing up on me.     • They did an update and broke several apps
ESPN, ABC, NBC at the very least no longer work. I just bought the TV on Sept 10, 2020. They released some sort of update and these apps no longer function. Multiple restarts, factory resets, delete apps, re-add . . . it's flat out broken. If you can live without those apps, is a great tv. For us, this was supposed to be a Football TV on the patio, so no ESPN makes this TV worthless to me. ... show more

Beautiful vivid colors, very easy to set up.. blew me away. I had it set up in minutes and I’m not good at setting up electronics. The sound is really smooth and well blended. I can’t explain this sound but it’s far superior to my Samsung in the living room, shocking! What a great product and for the price, not sure you can beat it. . Picked this up with a good discount on a deal of the day. I’m generally sort of a tv snob and don’t like anything outside of Samsung.     • Came broken!
Upon delivery, the product box was opened and damaged on the sides as if heavy boxes were thrown on top. At this point, I knew my tv would be broken. I checked and the glass of the screen was shattered and the plastic border had scratches. Needless to say I returned it.

The media could not be loaded. Liked it so much I bought another one. Took a long time to come. But I'm very happy, we have a Samsung q70t 65 and it doesn't look bad or shockingly cheap compared to it. Makes me made I wasted almost $1000 more on it. Honestly it's a great tv and I thought I would need a soundbar, but it's fine for hyping up workouts by itself. Came with incorrect adapter. Edit ** Completely made from metal. Had to buy a cord for it :/ It's a cheap 4k tv lol. Pretty nice remote. I connected a Logitech keyboard/ mouse. Works flawlessly. I connected one of those 4k boxes. Works fine.     • So much better than my RCA Smart TV
I purchased an RCA Roku Smart TV (55") and it was horrible!!!!! the colors sucked and looked muddy, tried to fix it but couldn't. Returned that and got this one (50") It took some getting used to the fire tv, I have always used Roku. This TV it more than expected, colors are clear and crisp, sound it great! I even prefer the tv having a slightly thinker base sense I can't put it on the wall and the other one was soooo thin it was getting knocked over.
