Most bags this price are small, but this one comes with a whopping 3lbs of grain. Its huge, ready to use and works great! If your not able to make your own, these are the next best step. And the culture vials it comes with is a bonus. I used the last of my bluey vitton on my bag, but had a few drops left. Enough to add to the vial and grow more!

Great bags!!! 2 HUGE Flushes and a third starting. I am a very satisfied customer and have been recommending these to all my friends. I especially love the liquid culture kit that come with it for just in case scenarios. Way easier than sterilizing my own substrates and cleaner than monotubs. You can also grow multiple varieties at once without worrying about space and or cross contamination. Next up, log cultures.

I innoculated mine about 19 days ago and didn't see any growth till day 17. I might have went a little high and deep with my injection. But anyways its great just be patient it doesn't always happen in 7-14 days :) BTW now I have like a spot larger than a quarter and I can tell there's a solid block behind it

Update: reached out and now been multiple weeks with no response from the seller. Also discovered shortly after the first time reviewing that the bag wasn’t full sealed at the top. Major let down. Got the all in one grow bags from 3 different companies. Tried this one as it is larger and hoped it could produce a larger flush. Inoculated all the bags at the same time (exactly 8 weeks and a day ago) from the exact same liquid culture. I also did two more spawn bags at same time. All of these bags are either fully covered by mycelium or really close to being. Now I aint a mushroomologist but the bag seems to be 95% substrate and barely any grain and I cant imagine that is helpful. So I will keep leaving it alone and see what happens but highly unlikely to use this vendor again.

Overall I’ve had good luck with mycolabs, but the two bags I got have large patches of grain already wet and squished. Not sure if it is a manufacturer problem or from Amazon not being gentle with deliveries. The LC jars work well, I also use the 3 packs when I want to make spores go a long way since 1 syringe can easily do 2-3 of those bottles as a quick start and if you don’t draw all of the mycelium you can reuse a god batch several times. The 6lb seems to be a god size for a small monotub and it’s as easy to use as any other AIO, assuming the wet grains don’t become an issue it’s a great price for an AIO and additional liquid culture jar.

It's gonna take a long time but this is great and including the quick culture jar is an awesome idea. I won't use regular spores anymore if I get regular spores I use these jars now it's sooo much more guaranteed. No more guessing w LCs or ISOs. It took the first time and has been spreading quick. Again though it's a big bag so it's going to take a minute. Im sure it'll have great flushes tho

We ordered 4 of the 6lb versions. We didn’t realize that one of the bags had failed to seal on the bottom, until we had already inoculated. We ordered for the convenience of an all in one bag. But due to the failure at that price point and the loss of spores I’d say monotubs and jars are the way to go.

While there was a small accident with delivery, that was completely out Myco Labs hands, they were so helpful and compassionate! They worked with me and offered a reship or refund, all the while holding fed ex accountable! It was such a relief to know that I had help getting the item I had purchased!
