This thing is awesome! I did try the knock off first.
This sharpener is awesome. Works great, came totally assembled unlike the knock off. Works 100x better and does the job. Wish I wouldn't have wasted time trying to save a few bucks. Works great but expensive.
Works as advertised after some experimenting with mounting arrangement. Seemed awkward at first but soon had it working very well - gives a very precise edge on the blade. I would recommend a flapper wheel for grinding instead of a hard stone. Should work well on almost any kind of blade that fits in
the holder.

Works well, but way too expensive
This tool is great and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. However, the price is outrageous. I purchased it purely based off it being American made and wanting to support the business. It's a very simple tool and shouldn't cost as much as they're asking.

I had no idea how inaccurate my sharpening angle was until using this tool. It makes quick work of sharpening even badly beat up blades. I have a Scag Cheetah 61” that I mow 10 acres with. Sometimes I use it like a bush hog, taking down small trees up to 1.5”. My property is rocky too so I really put
my mower and blades through their paces. I normally sharpen before every mow and this makes that job much better and cutting more efficient. No more guessing if I got the angle right.

I usually don't get excited over tools, but this one is fantastic. I was on the fence about spending the $260.00 bucks, but worth EVERY PENNY. I have three sets of blades, two sets for grass and one set I use in the fall for leaves (high lift mulching blades). Once you mount and set this tool up, it'
s incredible. I was going to buy the Chinese-made knock-off, but don't, support the American company and BUY THIS item. I use a Dewalt angle grinder with a 60 grit flap disk. If you are a commercial lawn care company, I don't know why you don't have several of these; as a homeowner with a commercial series Scag mower with a 61-in deck, I don't know how I made it this long before buying this tool.

Better Than Anything Else I've Tried
Quite pricy for the cost of manufacturing, but boy does it do a nice job quickly! I've got thick tough Zeon Zoysia. Even with 27hp I had to mow slow due to the drag, I found the angle I was using was off a bit and loading up the motor. t now does a great job. Resharpening is quite fast once you get t

To say this tooling is well thought out would be an understatement. Possibly the best point for me is its compactness and ease of storage. Lag it to a scrap of 4x4 and it mounts in your vise when needed. Drill a hole in the back and hang it on a nail out of the way when not in use. Very easy to use.
Video reviews taught me that 40-60 grit flap discs are effective and forgiving. Perhaps the bench mounted stone type blade sharpeners are a better choice for a professional, but I think they gouge blades quickly in the hands of a person in training. The All American Sharpener puts a sweet edge on a blade plenty quick enough for me. Because it’s easy to closely observe the area being worked, it is effective in cleaning up past damage as well.

Very well thought out & quality built into it.
I received this two days ago. Temporary clamp it to my welding table to try. I have since sharpened four sets of blades with it. This is a very very nice product & quality made! It’s quite ingenious how well it works. Simple set up, very sturdy, holds the blades nicely & what really impressed me was
the thought they put into for the angle adjustments, there are very easy to see lines BUT each angle has a indention so not only it goes into the exact place it ensures the angle stays put rather then depending on clamp friction to keep it there. If you have multiple blades to sharpen or you’re very fussy, this is the real deal! Again this is ingenious & very well thought out & quality built. I’m very impressed. Thank you!!

An extremely well built and designed tool
Was quite surprised how well this tool is able to maintain an almost perfect angle. Half my yard is very sandy and blades get worn badly. With this tool I am able to reuse those blades at least two more times. It's expensive, but should last a lifetime and pay for itself in a few years.

TOTALLY UNEQUIVICABLY WOTHIT..!!!

ike a 55°- 60° angle WRONG..!!Take a guess at what there supposed to be,..got it..theyre supposed to be(depending on the application) around 20\25-35\40 basically in the range of 20°- 40°.,.Maan was I way off...people...whoever is doing anything similiar to me than trust when I say the ALL AMERICAN BLADE SHARPENER is well worth the asking price..!!!
