My niece spotted this the minute she walked into the room. She is 5 years old. She liked the coloring roll of paper and the stickers the best. She was not very impressed with the crayons and I could see why. They were really uncomfortable for her to hold. So she just got out her other crayons and also used some markers. She had been coloring for a little while before we realized that the backing came off and if she wanted to cut something out, it would become a sticker. Been using this with my oldest granddaughter, she's 3. We just work on one drawing at a time when she visits. The pictures are very cute, and since it comes with matching stickers, it's easy to get her visualize what we are doing (vs taking a random color and scribbling all over it.) I have some brown packing paper that I put on the wall, and then put the drawing paper onto that... even though the crayons are "washable" ... no washing needed if they doesn't get on the wall in the first place. It's nice to be able to place it at her height, and see what the sticker looks like, and have her do her version of it. She's getting starting to properly hold the crayons, and enjoy showing the results to her mom and dad. It's a real treat to watch her try so hard, and be so happy with her work. You can't buy a set of crayons for the price, let alone have the drawings outlined and matching stickers. A super treat for you and the kids. ... show more
