The pads are so flat that they don’t really create a new shape. The size I chose fit okay, helps with my posture because of how tight it is but doesn’t do anything to make me look curvier. The pads also shift quite a bit and it’s annoying to fix every time I do move a bit too much.

It is seamless, but I would size up. I’m typically XS or S, but the Small seems to be too tight -even though I followed the size guide- hence the ridges. I’m 5’0”, 115lbs for reference & have an hourglass shape with hip dips. It definitely fixed my hip dips, which I love. Gonna swap for a medium & hope it looks better. You can really tell the difference when you put it on. The butt part isn’t that noticeable I wish it went around to the butt area but I guess it does the job. I’m 207 and got XL it’s comfortable.

The hip pad inserts tend to curl around the edges causing ripples that can be seen when wearing thin material or form fitting pants or dresses. Curling isn’t noticeable under jeans or flared skirts or loose fitting clothes.
