so this purse is cute. Im familiar with the brand, which is why i ended up getting it in the first place. I wanted to love this bag, but it just falls short for me. It’s definitely not an every day bag. its more of a date night bag. the way the zipper is, it’s hard to get anything in and out of this bag without some sort of hassle. I was struggling to pull my small coin purse and phone out of this thing when i wore it to a concert. overall its cute, but it just ultimately isn’t for me. ... show more

This is a really great bag from Aldo. I think the shoulder strap, handbag chain, and zippers are all beautiful quality and sturdy. The style is fantastic, with the chevron stitching, supple leather-like fabric, and the chain detail (which can remain on the bag whether or not you use the additional shoulder strap). I like this bag because it isn't huge - it has just enough space for your essentials. More space means you put in too much, and then you have a heavy bag (the last thing I need!). I would say that I wish that the main compartment opened wider. Also, the accompanying bag for a phone is way too small for one. Maybe it's for eyeglasses? I don't know, but I don't think I'll be getting much use out of it. My last thought is that although the "leather" is soft, I can't imagine it holding up with daily wear. I'll be using this more sparingly now that I know that. ... show more
