I just received this item earlier today, but I couldn’t be more happy. I have essential tremor and sometimes my hands are very shaky and it is hard to use a normal cup or glass. Also, I am diabetic and it is important for me to drink a lot of water. This ticks all the boxes. There is a cover with room for one of the two straws provided, which keeps the liquid inside from spilling if you are having a bad day with your tremor. It also comes with a removable handle which for me is a big plus. It’s much easier to hold. I have small hands and I bought the 30 ounce cup.. It Is a little bit heavy when it is completely full but I am 71 years old and have arthritis in my hands. I just don’t fill it all the way, but it has made my life easier. This cup is versatile. It has a removable handle (I thought I wouldn’t like but actually do!) It fits easily in the cup holder. The 2 things most important to me was (1)it has to be able to withstand me! And does beautifully (2)the open handle would fit over the bar of my rollator and rest on the seat. This was a must for me because otherwise I would have to carry it when leaving the house. I’ve had other cups that were ‘supposed’ to be durable. After the second time falling to the floor they were unusable. I’ve dropped this one twice so far and the only way you can tell is by a rough spot in the lid! I have a few of these 30 Oz tumblers and I love them as for keeping drinks hot or cold the triple sided helps it keep temp longer than other brands I have however with this purchase of 5 of your tumblers the lids just sit on the edge of the lid there is not any smugness to the lid you can just lift it up and there is no resistance on the gasket if the cup is knocked over on table or cabinet the lid falls right off on the table. I have purchased these before and the 2 I had previously their lids fit very snug and will not just fall off. ... show more

I honestly thought I might like another brand more than this one due to the design but upon receiving it, this one is amazing. The handle is noticeably ergonomic and comfy which was not something I would think would be a thing but now they set the bar high with this design. Most importantly though, I added 2, 1/2 whiskey size ice cubes about 7 hrs ago and I'm shocked my drink is still ice cold. I take all day to drink 1 cup of water and never came back to cold water in an hour, let alone this many hours later. ... show more

I love the fact that this comes with 2 lids! Helps when trying to keep the mold off the gasket. I would prefer said gasket to be clear or white, so that mold could be seen if it rears its ugly head. That's the only reason for 4 stars and not 5. I haven't tried a hot drink in this cup yet. I put ice and water in it overnight, the ice had melted, but the water was still cool. The lid does NOT leak, YAY! The slide on the lid can be opened and closed with one arthritic finger :-) This cup doesn't hold enough water for me, so I ordered a larger one. I'll save this one for hot chocolate while watching the perseids:-) At the time I bought this cup, I bought one from a different company that was ceramic on the inside, it flavored the water, the lid leaked and the slide didn't slide very well. ... show more
