Been using this for 6 months, no issues so far. I am using 433mhz sensors from an older system and it paired up fine. J It crashed once during this time, got an offline notification on the app, and a restart fixed it. Much better than the non-touch screen models.

This is a very simple system to setup for the DIY...I am still having a few questions about the hardwired sensors and my old 433mhz sensors are not being picked up...I ordered new ones anyway..worth it...I believe its some kind of encoding of 433mhz 1507 or 1207 encoding....don't know...but either way for the money you cannot go wrong...it does everything needed...and wether you put a sim card in or run it off your wifi..you are fine it will notify you on your phone...Just take your time when going through the instructions and installing everythying...I paired everything first made sure to mark all the sensors and zones..and then made a diagram of house and placed them where needed...Good system..

This is just my personal opinion, you may find otherwise and that's okay. Language barrier caused customer service issues. I could not get it to recognize my tmobile 4g sim card; nor could the app find my WIFI. Customer service told me my questions caused annoyance. I chalked it up to a translation thing. I sent it back. No 4g cell function is no bueno¡

If you have patience, this system will use your existing sensors and it works with T Mobile perfectly. Instructions are poorly translated, but take your time, and you can get it configured the way you want. SOS button is obnoxiously large and bright, but otherwise the control panel is clear. The Smart Life app really helps and you want to use it right away to setup wifi. Smart Life has a great option to add devices like existing window and door sensors, smoke detectors, and motion detectors. My old system only had 3G phone and they finally shut it down. This is a good replacement with no monthly fees.

The cost was great…. Works really good…. Instructions aren’t really helpful, but YouTube has a really great set up video…. I am glad I chose this unit, no monthly plan needed, you can’t go wrong with a purchase of this security system.
