  • Versatile & engaging
Style: 12 Pack Feelings Boards
These dry erase feelings boards have been an excellent addition to my therapy office. The activities are engaging, easy to reuse, and help clients of different ages build emotional awareness, identify feelings, and practice coping skills in an interactive way. The boards wipe clean easily, the print quality is great, and they’re durable enough for repeated use. They’ve become one of my favorite hands-on tools for making social-emotional learning both fun and meaningful. ... show more

  • Great tool for teaching self regulation
Style: 12 Pack Feelings Boards
I really like these feeling cards. We homeschool and use these for circle time in the morning. I have noticed that since using them my 4yo has a better handle on his outbursts. I just remind him of our plan for calming down and that seems to bring him back to a place where he is in control. I wish there was a spot in the plan to calm down for you to put your own idea since we do many other things to calm down that are not listed. The sheets are colorful and the print is crisp. These are a great tool for kids that are learning self regulation. We hung two on the wall so we can see both sides at the same time. We gave the rest out to younger friends and family members. ... show more

  • So great for emotional maturity practice
Style: 12 Pack Feelings Boards
This has been a huge help to morning routine with three young boys. I love that we can start the day by discussing how we slept, where we are sitting emotionally, and doing affirmations. We like to set goals for the day based on the struggles we have had with sticking to the family values over the past few days and reference the cards as needed. Having pre set calm down activities has helped more than I expected, because even if the originally selected one doesn't get used as planned we have gone over other options so they are moderately fresh in the mind. I've noticed a significant difference in emotional maturity for EVERYONE in the house, including adults. The cards are around the same size as a piece of printer paper so they are easy to keep track of and don't get destroyed easily since they are thick and durable. The kids have bent them up but I'm usually able to get them relatively straightened out and definitely back to usable every time. I've never experience peeling of any layers (I can't be sure there are layers even because it is so flawlessly made). I love these and have recommended them to several friends who work with children as well as friends of toddlers who are working hard to raise emotionally mature little humans. ... show more

This is a high quality set of dry erase emotions cards that are perfect for classrooms. They have great pictures, and are easy to use. They do not take up a lot of room and are easy to store after use. They are great for students to think about how they are feeling and why. • Engaging, Durable Feeling Cards That Teach Kids Emotional Skills
Style: 12 Pack Feelings Boards
The Aizweb Big Feelings Dry Erase Feeling Cards (12-pack, double-sided, 9x12") are a thoughtful, practical tool for helping young children understand and manage their emotions. I ordered these for our 4-year-old granddaughter, who has been experiencing strong emotions recently. These cards are a wonderful way for her parents—and us—to guide her, while also helping her learn to recognize and respond to her own feelings over time. Each card focuses on one of 12 feelings and asks the child, “Why do I feel this way?” This encourages them to explore the causes of their emotions. There’s also a sleep rating section to notice patterns (for example, not enough sleep may lead to grumpiness, while adequate rest supports happiness), and a “calm choice” section with six options—listen to music, draw, take a break, use positive self-talk, talk to someone, or read a book—so the child can learn constructive alternatives to emotional outbursts. The cards also include a mindful breathing section and an affirmation area to help build self-confidence. At this stage, my granddaughter requires adult guidance when using them, but with consistent use, she should be able to work with the cards independently. For us, it helped to introduce the cards before an emotional meltdown, allowing our granddaughter time to get familiar with the process so she's prepared to use the techniques when strong feelings arise. The design is bright, fun, and visually engaging for children. The print is crisp and easy to read, and the thick, laminated cardstock holds up well to dry-erase pens and cleansers, cleaning easily without ghosting or staining. With 12 reusable cards in the pack, this set is suitable for classroom or long-term home use. Overall, these cards are well-made, engaging, and a thoughtful tool to help children learn about their feelings and develop emotional regulation skills in a positive, proactive way - while being just the right size to store easily. ... show more

  • Fun for groups, give kids a voice, but can be visually overwhelming
Style: 12 Pack Feelings Boards
These are fun to use in small groups as an emotional check in. They allow kids to have a voice and think about their feelings. They are easy to write on and erase with standard white- erase- board markers. They're thick and feel sturdy. The kids enjoy marking them and feel "important" to have doing so- somehow writing makes their comments more "real" and significant than just saying them. The boards have a space for circling how they are feeling, a spot to write why they're feeling that way, and how they slept (on a likert scale). On the reverse side, there are choices of coping skills pictures/ words, a tracing for mindful breathing, and positive affirmations. The only con I have is that these can be visually overwhelming and distracting, depending on what you're using them for. This makes them better for independent check in activities (for kids to self reflect and move on) rather than interactive work where you can give feedback for their choices. There are so many parts to these double- sided mats that is hard for kids to focus on any one part for more than a moment. ... show more

  • Perfect addition for your calm down center
Style: 12 Pack Feelings Boards
We added these cards to our calm down corner in our classroom. They’re the perfect size, with plenty of space to write and erase. They’ve held up really well to use, erasing easily for use by multiple students. While these are made of very thick cardstock, they’re not thick enough to write on without something hard behind them, so we typically use clipboards. The colors are bright and the images are clear, making these fun and easy to use for students of all abilities. For the price, you get 12, which makes them a really nice value for the classroom. ... show more

  • Helpful tool for big emotions — one meltdown at a time
Style: 12 Pack Feelings Boards
At first I honestly didn’t know how we’d use this with our kids. Three boys under five = a lot of feelings. But my 4‑ and 3‑year‑old have actually used these cards multiple times, so it works… and sometimes it doesn’t. We usually pull the cards out during a meltdown. The pictures do a great job showing different feelings, and the suggestions on each card give my kids simple, productive ways to calm down or explain what they’re feeling. There are enough cards to leave one in each room, which makes it super convenient. The dry‑erase feature is great for letting kids mark their feelings or choices. The cards feel sturdy enough to survive frequent handling by younger kids. Works well alongside other calm‑down tools (breathing exercises, sensory toys, etc.). It’s definitely a journey — this won’t magically solve every emotional moment — but it has helped us take things one meltdown at a time. For us, that’s a win. ... show more
