  • Good Deal
I upgraded from a 560 2GB D version GPU and this new AISURIX RX580 8GB blows the my old 560 2GB away! I game at 1080P, have AMD fx6300 CPU, 8GB ram, and its powered by a EVGA 450 PSU (35A on 12+). My 560 2GB D GPU would bottleneck my system but this RX580 8GB does not do that. This new RX580 is like "FEED ME NOW!!!" And, feed it I will............ :) This sure is going to change my gaming experience, that's for sure. I'm thinking about getting a new PSU eventually (Need it for new future build anyway). Then I'll try some OCing my RX6300 CPU for the newest of newest games. My old RX560 GB let me game decently by making some sacrifices in video settings. Especially with more demanding games, but this new RX580 8GB is a sweet step-up. I haven't had to make those same sacrifices yet and Fry Cry Primal looks amazing with everything cranked up now!!! I'm getting 60+ in most my games with settings cranked up and now this GPU's performance is having me research VSYNC setting because some games are 100-200 FPS now. I'm sure this RX580 isn't for everyone's system but for my system. This scaled down RX580 8GB and its power requirements was a perfect match for me. Especially at this price! Just got it yesterday, but so far so good. RX580 8GB card showed up in new box/packaging without any signs of use. Brand new, just like they said it'd be. This card does need an external power source, the 75watts from MOBO isn't enough to power this RX580. This RX580 needs a 8-pin plugged into it from your PSU. If your existing PSU doesn't have a 8-pin cable, this new RX580 came with a 8-pin adapter cable included. I benched a bunch of my games all day yesterday. Fry Cry Primal, Fry Cry 5, all 3 Tomb Raider games, Metro 2033, Metro; Last Light, Sykrim modded up, Subnaucia, Witcher 3, Planet Zoo, and Fall Out 4. All games did wonderfully and now I'm fortunate enough to play all games with all the bell-and-whistles turned on. Thank You AISURIX!!!! Will come back with updates to let others know how card held up. 4/16/23 update: This RX580 8GB 2048 GPU is still running great still. It has extended this PC's lifespan and the RX580 2048 will stay around after updating Mobo, cpu, mem, etc. next. Only issue with this RX580 is the fan would make rattle-like-noise when turning up fan %'s to 60-80%. I had to turn GPU fan% up because I wanted to keep GPU temps to not go over 80c under stressed. With GPU fan already turned up, I had to find other places I could bring temps down. To combat this, I figured my CPU temps needed to come down to help overall case temps. So I bought a new CPU cooler (Solid black Ventroo V5) and that brought my overall PC temps down. My CPU temps now read15-20c idle & 32-38c underload. Consider FX6300 CPU temps were 68-76c underload beforehand, I'm very pleased. My RX580 GPU temps went down from 70-74c to 50-58c underload and allows me to run 30% GPU fans now. This Ventroo V5 CPU cooler has improved PC performance & temps across-the-board. 5/18/23 - RX580 is still kicking and happy, especially for price. After RX580 upgrade, I was feeling frisky and bought RDR2 game to see if this PC could handle it. With new RX580, I.m able to play @1080P with OK settings. That's after going to college to learn what each graphic setting does. Nah, just Joking.... I actually used a Part 1 & 2 RDR2 setting video I found on YouTube = https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=385eG1IEZMU. This helped 10-fold because there's a bunch of graph settings in RDR2, and it can be confusing at first, but those 2 videos showed what each RDR2 setting does. I followed videos using Vulcan setting instead of Dix12 and can't believe this old PC does as well as it does. RDR2 is an awesome looking game, this RX580 really is a sweet match for this PC. ... show more

  • Incredibly stable and NEW
If you're not aware, the RX580 2048 is a slower version of the rx580. An origional will clock 1366mhz while this one runs at 1244 out of the box. That beings said, I bought this because I had purchased a refurbished Sparkle Rx580 from Amazon. The card seemed to work fine until I threw some games at it. The card quickly became unstable and system crashed even under moderate loads. After 3 days of troubleshooting I picked up this Aisurix and sent the Sparkle back. Right away it was apparent that the Aisurix was much more stable and the Sparkle had something wrong with it. Even with the 100+ clock speed difference the Aixurix ran everything I threw at it without any crashing. It outperformed the Sparkle in almost every game as well, so the stability issues weren't just load-related. The AMD Adreneline software works perfectly with the Aisurix and it can run 1304mhz overclocked without any ill side-effects. I know it's not fair to compare a new card to an old broken one, but it's hard to find a NEW entry level grphics card for under 100.00. I would definately give one of these a try before picking up a refurbed or used one. • Need power feed!
This has nothing to do with the product, but I failed to check our business computer which was a Dell "small form factor" unit that only had SATA power connectors available. Sure, an adapter may have worked but I found the HDMI port I needed in a different place on the back, black and hard to see against the black background. I do own a similar card on my home machine (not AISURIX) which operates just fine. AISURIX was packaged well, contained the card power cable and it looks like a well-made product. I just didn't need it. My mistake! Just make sure your power supply has those additional feeds or buy an adapter ahead of time. ... show more
