I love my paddleboard! Came with most accessories! Easy to store! Easy to take along to the lake! The he phone pouch isn’t very good. It broke the 2nd time out. (Latches) but it’s ok. I can get one fairly cheap somewhere else. I am always getting compliments on the colors.

This says that it has a warranty, but I’ve searched and searched and there is no way that I can find to contact this seller. The board is pretty good. I really appreciate the deep water fin. Some of the pattern of the color scratched off the first time we used it so it seems to get scratched pretty easily. It is really hard to get folded into the back pack, much harder than my other board also, the paddle definitely does not float. My kids were in the middle of the lake when they dropped the paddle and it immediately sunk! thankfully they were able to jump off kick with their legs and push the paddle board back to shore. They really shouldn’t advertise the paddle as floating that’s really dangerous unfortunately, the psi meter on the pump doesn’t work. I saw several other people mention this. I wish they would replace our paddle now that I know that it doesn’t actually float I’ve gotten some paddle floats off of Amazon, so that’s a big bummer. I got another board that was 120$ and i could tell this is better quality and although it scratched the color is really pretty. We loaded up 410year-old girls on it and it seemed to do fine. ... show more

    • Paddle gets stuck together/

The only negative is the paddle after getting wet literally gets stuck together. I dropped it in the water and when I went to extend it it was stuck together the point of it breaking while trying to pull it apart. Otherwise Easy to put together and super sturdy, great for fitting me (5’3 170lbs) and my Bernese mountain dog (95lbs) with still a lot of room to stand/sit and lay back a bit. Super portable as long as you don’t have to carry the pump with you, took 5-10min to inflate and put together, 10-15min to deflate. For the money I think it's a good board. My dog loves it. She's a 60 pound lab and it fits both of us comfortably. It takes about 10 mins to blow up the whole thing and to deflate.

Unfortunately my board arrived with a significant leak around the outer edge of the inflation port. I included a video of the leak. It only stays 15 psi for about 30 mins. The second problem is that the item description states that the paddle should float- well, the one I got does not float. So Ive also included a photo of it at the bottom of my pool. I guess it’s a good thing I tested it out in the pool because this board is NOT SAFE for where I was going to take it paddling. Huge bummer. Returns are a hassle, so I’m just going to try to fix the leak myself. I would really like to have a refund, because I shouldn’t have to be fixing something that I haven’t even used yet. ... show more
