  • 5 stars when it’s finished
The media could not be loaded. I will say this is a great greenhouse once you get it together. Solid and should last us years. We wanted a greenhouse to cover our hot tub and put the fair weather plants in and it seems like a good fit. That being said, putting it together is pain staking. It comes in two boxes. All the parts that match have 1 label and they zip tied the other pieces to the marked one. Problem is that they used cheap zip ties and they were all broken by the time we received it. You will spend some time matching pieces together. Two sets of the holes while assembling were not drilled in the right spots so i had to drill new holes. Also two of the panels that go under the windows weren’t included but luckily there were two extra panels sent (duplicates of another window) that we could cut to fit. Don’t drop any screws because not a single spare in the kit. The instructions have to be the worst instructions for something I’ve ever bought. Diagrams that aren’t always labeled correctly is what you will go by. Plan on having help and spending the afternoon assembling it. ... show more

  • I cant recommend this...
I wanted to love this green house but after opening the box I instantly regretted it all. once I opened the box we realized %95 of the pieces are NOT labeled. what the company does is, they batch all the pieces together and then zip tie all the groups of pieces together and only label 1 piece. well... what happens is during shipping the box gets tossed around and the zip ties break. this causes all the pieces to mix together. After some time trying to figure out what is what (approx. 3 hours) The directions... you can just throw that away because its like reading a foreign language. NOTHING and i mean nothing matched to what the directions said. had this greenhouse had properly labled pieces and good directions, it could be put together by 2 people in less than 2 hours. But with how everything was. This took us approx 8 hours non stop working. when the directions say A1-b piece goes on the back, it actually goes on the front. and what goes on the front actually goes on the sides. Does this matter? yes. the pieces are placement specific. we actually got so frustrated at one point my husband was going to start drilling new holes just to put it together. After we took a little break we discovered the pieces and directions are labeled correctly to correlate with each other. There are also a few missing threaded hold downs for the braces that arnt even present. (pic attached) next issue, we ordered a 8X12. my husband framed the flooring for this by the measurements in their description. we leveled the ground, did the framing all of it. come to find out the green house is not 8 X12 its actually 7 1/4 x 11 1/4. sooooo we had to re do everything. everything we leveled, all the ground work, all of it. pull it all up and restart. now that we have the pieces we knew how big it actually was. this was extremely frustrating. we have now had it up for some time and initially it has been ok, but after about a month it is already falling apart. my husband has had to fix the windows twice because of the very small screws they supply to hold it. and because the nuts back them selves out from the wind we have had to repeatedly tighten them back down. this has caused stress on the plastic and during some wind has caused it to break. at this point we are trying our best to keep it intact but it is steadily falling apart. Between the part issues and the assembly issues, all i can say is to stay away from this one. ... show more

  • Initial impressions. Will update over time
For those that want the short, seems sturdy. Fairly good instructions. There were a few moments where you needed to use your imagination and hope it worked out(which direction does this face???) I think it will hold up well. Seems like a good value. We picked the worst day for assembly! 15 mph winds, gusting to 25. I had to deviate from the instructions and get creative to keep the wind from destroying the greenhouse before it was built. So FYI, you can build the wall framing before putting all the glaze in. In our case, the glaze was acting as a big sail. Bolt holes lined up well. We had one piece of glazing, that needed to be trimmed. Easy, razor knife job. I will update for the long term. So far, pretty good. If I was going to complain, it would be that the glazing has fairly thin walls. ... show more

  • Easy install - but take your time
Bought the 8 by 12 greenhouse for my wife and pleasantly surprised. Very happy overall with it once installed but it took some time. Read the instructions very, very carefully and check parts prior to starting. Fit is awesome and goes together well. Minor observations - framing and bracing well though out and sturdy but gutters and endcaps really need to be reconsidered as they are flimsy, can warp and were not easy to install. Was going to buy a water capture/solar system but am holding off until I can find better gutters. Latches for windows are a bit weak. Made a 10 by 14 ft. base from treated lumber and want to stress that greenhouse needs to be secured to a solid and level base. It will become a sail if not secured when done. ... show more

  • Will not withstand windy weather
We bought this to use as a duck coop/greenhouse. Putting it together was as hard as I expected it to be. We had one panel that was cut with the lines going in the wrong direction and had a few things not labeled correctly. You must have the base completely level for everything to line up. When it was finally put up it was so cute! I loved it! It looked really nice! The window vents are alittle flimsy but we were going to make those predator-proof anyways. A couple weeks after we had it up we had some windy weather and several of the panels completely popped out! It was impossible to get them back in! The panels kept bending. We were so mad after all that time and money spent it. We ended up going to Lowe’s and buying a better polycarbonate panel in big sheets and it is bolted on the outside to the frame. So it has actually turned out really nice and sturdy now. My ducks and plants are really happy inside. Would I buy it again? No. Might as well build your own frame and get panels. ... show more
