Initially, only 1 of 2 boxes showed, and the end was blown out. While waiting for the second box we inventoried the first, and thankfully everything was there. Lots of broken zip ties holding the like pieces together. Second box showed a few days later, intact. Instructions were torn and in not the best shape but we got it done. Unit went together quickly. A few nuts and bolts weren't properly threaded and we had to replace them. No big deal. Kept moving forward and ended up with a pretty cool little greenhouse. Glad I went 8 x 14. You always wish you could have gone bigger. This is a nice size. Put it on top a bunch of 12x12 pavers for a finished floor. Having fun loading it with all sorts of plants we want to keep from getting too cool at night. Gets toasty during the day and you can regulate the temp using the three positionable vents. For those that want the short, seems sturdy. Fairly good instructions. There were a few moments where you needed to use your imagination and hope it worked out(which direction does this face???) I think it will hold up well. Seems like a good value. We picked the worst day for assembly! 15 mph winds, gusting to 25. I had to deviate from the instructions and get creative to keep the wind from destroying the greenhouse before it was built. So FYI, you can build the wall framing before putting all the glaze in. In our case, the glaze was acting as a big sail. Bolt holes lined up well. We had one piece of glazing, that needed to be trimmed. Easy, razor knife job. I will update for the long term. So far, pretty good. If I was going to complain, it would be that the glazing has fairly thin walls. ... show more

Lets start with the negatives, there is no anchors at all, the instructions to put together are a nightmare if you put one piece on the wrong side you won't know until you are finished! There is a bunch of screw holes that will end up empty, you need more than one person to put together and if you want to test your marriage, just buy this! The media could not be loaded. I waited a few months to write a review so that I could tell how it would hold up. The size of the greenhouse is good, and I feel like it would fit in most backyards comfortably, but there’s still a lot of room for plants inside. It keeps the plants warm in winter, but it does heat up VERY FAST and doesn’t have much insulation- so the temperature changes rapidly. It can be 35 degrees F and the temperature will go to 115 within about 30 minutes of the sun being up on a non-cloudy day. So you have to be able to pay close attention to when the vents need to be open. It is NOT sturdy, and it is designed with cheap materials that are flimsy and break easy. The directions were not intuitive and they were poorly written. Even though I have years of experience building detailed custom furniture, this was frustrating for me. I am a 150 lb female and I could have easily broken the metal between my hands. The worst part of the whole design is the vent system. They are flimsy and the method of opening and closing is very poorly engineered. Recently there was a slightly windy day and it blew one of the vents COMPLETELY off the greenhouse. SO now it has to be duct taped in place in order to keep the greenhouse from a gaping hole in the roof. All in all it does do the job for an affordable price. My plants are thriving. ... show more

I gave this a five star rating just because , for the most part, it is easy to set up. However, the company did change their installation procedures after talking to them about some vague instructions about the window vents. Now for the nitty-gritty of this kit. 1. Must be installed on a level surface. 2. Must be squared and plumb. 3. Must Not be installed in a highly windy area unless proper tie-down methods are used as the structure is made of light weight material. That said, this unit does what they tell you it will do and holds heat and provides much sunlight for the plants inside. I installed an inside sprinkler system and ran along the center top which worked out well. Just turn on water and let it rain for about ten minutes. All done. The frame material is very good, and the installation instructions are very detailed. But the plastic board is a bit light. The size of the sunroom is suitable for a small family garden. The media could not be loaded. I will say this is a great greenhouse once you get it together. Solid and should last us years. We wanted a greenhouse to cover our hot tub and put the fair weather plants in and it seems like a good fit. That being said, putting it together is pain staking. It comes in two boxes. All the parts that match have 1 label and they zip tied the other pieces to the marked one. Problem is that they used cheap zip ties and they were all broken by the time we received it. You will spend some time matching pieces together. Two sets of the holes while assembling were not drilled in the right spots so i had to drill new holes. Also two of the panels that go under the windows weren’t included but luckily there were two extra panels sent (duplicates of another window) that we could cut to fit. Don’t drop any screws because not a single spare in the kit. The instructions have to be the worst instructions for something I’ve ever bought. Diagrams that aren’t always labeled correctly is what you will go by. Plan on having help and spending the afternoon assembling it. ... show more
