Loved that you can charge the power unit which you can clip onto a pocket, belt or ? Variable ( forward & back) speed allows you to manage the task with the handpiece easily. You do not have to be that skilled - I am not a professional. Also had a problem with the handpiece not working after some months of use. - Battery died a few weeks back - I’m a stay at home mom / nail technician so i only do maybe 3 clients a day monday - friday but i’ve been off for a while and only used this drill maybe 20 times , i make sure its on the charger every night and gets a full charge but one morning it stopped charging / working , will not hold a charge & barley works while plugged in - DO NOT recommend ... show more

I bought my nail drill in 2022 and had a bit of an issue with the motor for the drill one year in. It resolved itself so I just kept it and once in a while it would stop working but would work again the next time I tried to use it. Recently, the motor completely died and I reached out to Airsee and they sent me a new hand drill to fix my problem. The process was so easy and painless and the replacement came a couple days after. 1st time buying it and the wire that connects to the battery keeps getting messed up and will not power on the drill. Fortunately I was able to get a replacement and that happened AGAIN. The 2nd time I purchased again bc it was on sale and the same thing happened in 3 months while working. EDIT: The best customer service. I was able to get a new drill part for my battery and am very pleased. When it comes to customer service, very rarely the company would reach out first and because of that, this makes me a new loyal customer.
