I live in Texas, and we’re starting to get colder temps so I decided to search for a comforter (again), and came across this brand. Based on the other reviews I decided to order. When it arrived I immediately put it into the dryer for a few minutes to fluff it up, and WOW. It got super fluffy! It felt like a cloud! I inserted it into my new duvet which I also ordered on Amazon. That night my boyfriend and I slept in it and couldn’t stop talking about how comfy and cozy and perfect this comforter is! We were genuinely very impressed by the quality and the coziness! It keeps us perfectly warm, although it feels so lightweight. We got the King size winter because I wanted that fluffy look, and it’s super fluffy! It has definitely improved our quality of sleep. Every day we look forward to going to bed so we snuggle up in this comforter. We’re huge fans of this comforter, and it’s the best purchase we’ve ever made!

I love this bedspread! It looks great on my bed and feels comfy. It's pretty wrinkly but I don't care about that. It is really puffy and the fabric is crisp yet soft. I am always cold and this is great because it actually keeps me warm. But if you are a hot sleeper it might not work for you, my husband complains every morning that it is too hot. The other drawback that I see with this comforter is that we have a king bed and the king size is great on length but not great on width. It just barely hangs over the sides of the bed. I love everything else about the comforter so I am willing to over look the width problem.

My partner hates duvet covers, and I don't blame him because they are a pain to deal with, and it's hard to find lightweight ones that don't flatten and weigh down the blanket. I hate the look of a white down comforter by itself-- it's like the bed is in its underwear. But we both love the warmth and lightness of down. This gray-colored comforter is a good compromise because it matches our light bed quilt, so we just lay the quilt over it and the bed is made, even if a corner or edge peeks out. The fabric feels like great quality, so I trust it will wash well even though I haven't had to yet-- the top sheet serves as a barrier between our bodies and the comforter the same as a duvet cover would. My only complaint is that it's a relatively heavy comforter for our mild southern winters. I mean you actually feel the weight of it on top of you, unlike the light down I've used in the past, and it's less breathable than its counterparts. It's fine for the winter, but we lose the all-season down appeal.

I’ve bought and returned a lot of duvet inserts, I am VERY picky about my bedding. We spend a lot of time in bed, sleeping, relaxing, etc… your bed should be comfortable and a place you WANT to be. This duvet insert (just the insert, not the cover, you’ll need to buy a cover separately) is so cozy, and it makes the slight crisp noise that the covers do at nice hotels. I love love love sleeping under this duvet insert. It fluffed up quickly after opening, was shipped well, and didn’t smell at all. We have a king size bed, so I bought a California King size insert because I wanted it to hang over the sides more. I’m not disappointed At All, I 500% recommend this. My bf sleeps cold and I sleep warm and we’re both happy under it. The weight to it is nice too (I bought the “all seasons” option), it’s slightly weighted so you can really feel it on you, but you don’t feel overwhelmed.

I expected a chemical smell but was not prepared for the horrific odor coming from this comforter. I aired it out and then popped into dryer with dryer sheets hoping some air would help. It made it worse and I gagged at the smell. I asked my husband to smell it just in case my nose was being picky. He gagged. I washed with vinegar as a last attempt to not have to return. Could not get rid of the smell. I also realized it never got fluffy and was very thin. I’ve never thought a comforter was more of a waste of money. Beware.

First off I love this duvet. It’s got some weight to it but compared to others I’ve tried it’s definitely light weight. It fluffed up like it was supposed to after taking it out of the box & it is odorless. The only complaint I really have is the material. It reminds me of those plastic like fabric you see on windbreaker jackets. So it’s not super soft & it definitely makes a crinkle sound when you move it so it’s not totally noiseless like advertised, even after putting it into my duvet cover. BUT it’s a soft crinkle sound & it’s still super comfortable especially with the cover, i just probably wouldn’t use it by itself. But all in all I’m happy with this purchase. UPDATE: Now that I’ve had this duvet comforter for a few weeks or so , I still love it! It still has that sleeping bag crinkle sound to it but it’s not obnoxious & a duvet cover does soften the sound. Now, previously I mentioned it wasn’t super soft. I take that back. Now that I’ve slept with it for a while the duvet has been broken in & is definitely more soft now than it was when I first got it. It has maintained it’s fluff this far & I’ve been using it without a duvet cover (waiting for my new one to arrive) & I’m getting the best sleep I’ve had in a while. 10/10 would buy again.
