I ordered this and it said it runs true to size.... and isn't giving me an option to refute that in my review now. It's too big and rides up on my chest uncomfortably. I got it just in time to take it out on a kayaking trip, and didn't feel comfortable exchanging it for a new size once I'd worn it out in the ocean. I run somewhat between sizes, depending on brand and fit (I'm a large-ish medium or a smaller large, and ordered a large). Ordered a Large for my 12 year old daughter. She is about 5'5" and 120lbs. It fits slightly loose, even when fully tightened. She will definitely grow into it and I can see her using it for some time. Fits me perfectly at 5'7" and 180. It is quite long for us, would definitely work for taller ladies. Would not suggest for shorter women as it will be uncomfortable to sit in. The back of the lifejacket is not the same color pink as the front which leads me to believe it was either a "factory reject" or it had been left on a pallet to sit in the sun for some time. I was skeptical of quality because of this, but we tested it at the lake and it does its job well. Arrived promptly. Would recommend. ... show more
