PERFORMANCE KAYAK PADDLE - This 7 foot long kayak paddle breaks down into 2 sections for convenient stowing. You can easily adjust the blade angle for standard or offset paddling. The lightweight and durable aluminum shaft has drip rings and foam hand grips for comfort and to ensure that the paddle will float if dropped. The large ABS blades are curved for greater paddling efficiency. Need a good kayak paddle but don't have a ton of storage space? Turn to the 7-foot KwikTek AHTK-P2 paddle, which breaks into two sections for easy transport and storage. The paddle offers an adjustable blade angle to accommodate both standard and offset paddling, along with large ABS blades with curved surfaces to promote greater paddling efficiency. And should you run into rough rapids and accidentally drop the paddle, the lightweight, durable aluminum shaft, drip rings, and foam hand grips will keep the paddle afloat until you can retrieve it. Each paddle section measures 49.5 inches long, with an 8.5-inch-wide paddle and a 2-inch diameter. The paddle sections weigh 3 pounds each.

  • Great price, nice paddle.
Not a FULL 84" due to curved blades, that is to be expected. As stated by others, adults may want a longer paddle. You will pay $60+ for another paddle of the same caliber that breaks down, has 3 settings, padded handles, curved blades and GOOD drip-rings. Been Kayaking for a few years, bought this as my back-up/spare. Appears I will be using as my primiary though. The blades are a little softer plastic than I like, but that does nto seem to be an issue when on the water. Am very happy with the paddle for the price, shipping was VERY FAST. If you kayak more as a recreation vs. hard-core extreme rapids / strong current kayaking, this is an outstanding deal and be confident you are making a good purchase. ... show more

  • A solid, functional paddle at a great price.
This is a very high quality paddle for the price. It feels very solid in my hands and it really moves my kayak forward with little effort. I've seen the other reviews that say this paddle is a little heavy, but it feels just fine to me. Giving up weight is giving up strength. The paddle blades are very strong. Both the drip rings and the foam hand grips work very well. I wouldn't change a thing about this paddle. I just wish I could have gotten it with green blades to match my kayak, however Ireally do like the color it comes in though. ... show more

  • Lightweight, Functional, Easy To Use, Tote, and Store
I got these kayak paddles to go with my Sevylor Inflatable Canoe because they are lightweight, easy to use, easy to tote around, and easy to store in a storage bin of my motorhome. Why am I using kayak paddles in a canoe? So that I don't have to switch paddles back and forth and so that my husband and I don't inadvertently smack each other in the head. These are nice, functional kayak paddles and work very well with my inflatable canoe. ... show more

  • Really nice solid paddle. A bargain.
When I first received my first one I couldn't believe how nice the paddle was. It felt solid and not cheap, the padding is so nice too. The drip rings are really nice and do not move on ya like some. The blades are bigger than most and seemed to be attached very well. The paddle seems to be very light still. It is red not orange. The only reason I didnt give it all stars is because it does seem to be short. Great paddle for kids for sure or a smaller kayak. I liked it so much I did buy another from Amazon. Think I paid 32.99 at the time which is still a bargain. I have seen them go as low as 29.99. Worth the buy. ... show more

  • Great for the price. Decent paddle.
5 stars for the low price of both paddles. Quality wise it's not too shabby if you're a recreational kayaker. The color of the paddles are good when others are kayaking, you can spot them from far away. The padded grip handled and drip rings are a plus including the 3 different angle positions. One thing I noticed though was that water seeped into the paddles itself. Probably through the screws that attach it to the shaft, eventually making the paddle heavier after a good amount of kayaking. I use a two man ocean kayak and 92 in is just a little short (4 to 6 more inches would be awesome). Overall, the price is great for recreational purposes and the quality is decent. ... show more

  • Actually 84-inch paddle, but seems like a good 84-inch paddle.
Paddle feels sturdy and price is right, but the item is a “92 inch” paddle and the packaging clearly says 84 Inch. It’s obviously shorter than I intended.

  • Great paddle
I got this paddle back in March, it is a little small, but so am I so we fit together pretty well. It is only two pounds, so it is light enough to move but sturdy enough to handle water, rocks, sticks and shore. I like this paddle, but I didn't realize how much I liked it until I borrowed a friends boat and paddle one weekend. They had a thin, high priced model that didn't cut the water near as clean as this cheapo paddle does. This is a great buy. ... show more

  • Nice paddles, great price!
These paddles work like a charm with my new Kayak, and they are very lightweight. I like the fact you can take them apart in the middle, which makes them easy to carry around. I think they could be a little longer, but other than that they are a nice product. Plus, the price was much better than my local outdoors store! ... show more
