    • Horrible customer service
Product may be fine, but the customer service was unacceptable. Our son asked us to order this, so we purchased it through Amazon. We have time-stamped video from the moment we took it out of the box on our porch. We put it in the truck, drove to the lake, inflated it, and had it on the water for less than 10 minutes before it started losing air. We tried to refill it, but you could clearly hear air escaping. We inspected it and found that the material was coming apart at a seam. We also have time-stamped video of the damaged seam, as well as video from the back of our jet ski showing what happened at the lake. My wife immediately went onto Amazon to initiate the return. The timestamps on the return request match the timestamps on our videos, so there is no question that this was a brand-new item that failed during its first use. We would have been completely willing to exchange it for another one. Unfortunately, the interaction with the seller was extremely disappointing. We were charged a substantial restocking fee, and when my wife tried to explain what happened and offered to provide the videos proving the item had only been used for a few minutes, the seller accused us of trying to steal from them and told us they were not a “swap-out shop.” They also claimed the returned item was extremely used and neglected. That was simply not the case, and we have video evidence to prove it. I understand that sellers probably deal with people who abuse return policies, but that doesn’t justify treating a legitimate customer this way. After the way my wife was spoken to, we no longer wanted an exchange. We’d rather go without the product than deal with a seller who treats customers like this. I see other reviews saying the product itself is good, so this review is primarily about the seller’s customer service and the way a legitimate defective-item return was handled, not necessarily the product itself. ... show more

    • Well-made, heavy duty rubber don’t forget your 50 foot rope minimum.
More for children than adults handles weren’t all that great, you’re holding onto rope, but everybody said it was fun.

    • So Much FUN!
My kids and their friends love this thing. It's pretty easy to stay inside of it and not get tossed out, it's just how long do you want to bounce around!

    • Doesn't spin as anticipated, will cause mild injuries to adult riders, boooooring ride. DO NOT BUY!!
Over all it's a sturdy float, However it does not perform as you would expect it to perform. Several issues = 1 star ratings: 1. Visibility is non-existent. Cannot see anything through the front of the tube. Only out the back 2. Does not spin freely while being pulled behind the boat. I was thrown around at 40 MPH and it would not turn over. I had to throw my weight into while in turn to spin. 3. BORING RIDE!!! No matter how fast you go, you can't get a concept of speed. It's like doing 120mph in a solid ball with no windows. No concept of speed. 4. If you are over 3 ft. tall, you will either chip a tooth or rip out hair. The grips on the inside are hard plastic and just far enough back in the tube where if you pull yourself in, your head is directly in-between the handles. Any bump or "wave" and you bust your nose, chip a tooth or again, rip out hair. ... show more
